Sign on the door said mobile order only, so we went in and I was going to place a mobile order and take it and go. The employee behind the counter asked what my mobile order was and I told them I was going to place a mobile order but the app said they were accepting any? They then explained that “that’s what they were trying to tell me” but that was never said in the original conversation. We left and went to Starbucks instead. Absolutely would not come back here.

Ordered an iced coffee with hazelnut syrup and picked out two donuts. The coffee was just a basic iced latte….could not taste hazelnut at all which I paid for. Donut order was messed up and both were stale. Do better Dunkin. Going back to Starbucks. Gave you a shot. You messed it up.

Jasmine is one of the best employees there! I always get the same iced coffee, but she gave me some other delicious caramel options to fix my cravings; very personable and inviting barista who works well under pressure. She was able to provide excellent customer service to myself and the other patrons there at the time. Just another reason why Lakeshore DD is my fave 🙂

I did a mobile order but I guess I sent it to the other Dunkin in Homewood. They said not a problem! They made my drink and gave me my donut so quickly. I asked about payment and they said not to worry. The young man that helped me in the drive thru was so friendly and helpful. He says it happens all the time. I’m a newbie when it comes to ordering on the app.

The donuts after 1pm are always dry and crusty. It would be nice to get a warm donut after the freshness has worn off.

MOBILE ORDERING IS A JOKE!!
Waited 10 minutes thought I was a ghost, the mobile ordering sign means nothing to them. But customer walks in while I’m standing there, orders, leaves BEFORE anyone even recognizes I am standing there. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS PICK UP THE BAG!!!
I understand it was busy, I get that ….Just HAND ME THE BAG!!!
Next time do I need to just reach over the counter and get my own food?

I ordered a hazelnut coffee and some donuts.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ and that coffee just made my day ❤️ in love in Dunkin… donuts was super soft and fresh… I never ever eat like this kind of good and delicious donuts… definitely recommend
