Excellent dunkin. Lady working was super nice. A little pricey but that’s ok. The cold foam cold brew thing was some of the best coffee I’ve ever had.

They lie about their prices!!! The price I paid was a dollar more than what was listed behind the counter! When I pointed it out the employee just said, “Oh, that’s been up there awhile. I don’t have anything to do with it.” Of course, the manager wasn’t there. I want to know how long ago the prices went up and they haven’t bothered to change the sign??? Very poor management!!! I feel like I shoukd have been charged the advertised price.
Photo shows prices – 25 munchkins $6.49 and I was charged $7.49 plus tax.

This morning staff was amazing. We had a very big order (7 dozen) for a meeting this morning and not only did they take care of us quickly, they informed us we could call ahead so it would be ready for pick up.
They were so nice and helpful. It was very appreciated!

We had great speciality coffees here. The roasted tomato and pesto sandwiches were really tasty. Very impressed with the young lady who put together our order. Great attention to detail.

Early Sunday morning for breakfast this one of the only open places in town , if you don’t know the city. Great staff fast service and a good location to still enjoy the downtown area. See you guys again when I come to B Ham

The FDA needs to check this dunkin’s water supply for lead because the staff seems to be suffering from brain damage. Incompetent a nice way of putting it. The cashier seemed to have trouble understanding my order, but instead of taking time to make sure it was correct, she just pushed some buttons that seemed something like what I ordered and seemed satisfied with the inadequacy of her performance at the simple task.
It all came to a head when I simply asked for them to add the foam to the brown sugar foam cold brew I had ordered and in the midst of my waiting for the fix, a shift manager I presume, said “WhAts WrOnG wiTh yoUr saNdWhiCh??”, to which I replied ‘nothing’ and continued waiting.
I received my fixed mediocre coffee after about 10 minutes and happily left this toxic atmosphere.

used to come here almost everyday but stopped after they made me pull to the parking lot for only one small hot cappuccino, which i still didnt get after waiting there for 20 min. i wish they would tell u there would be a wait before taking ur payment. So i went inside cuz i was running late for class. and what they finally ended up giving me wasnt a cappucino, in fact it literally tasted like sewage water and was so bad it was completely undrinkable. so i had to spend extra time for them to make a new one. waste of time
also i remember coming here a few months ago at like 2:45PM even tho their hours said they closed at 4, and the workers were hiding and saying they were closed lol

In my experience the foods always gross, but the workers are cool and the drinks are great!

I knew the drive through was slow so I tried to go inside, but it was closed. Waited in line for over 35 minutes only to have one of the workers friends walk up to the window before me and spend forever talking and ordering so I had to wait even longer. Not to mention there is trash everywhere and it generally looks unkept. Sad to see this location being run so poorly.
