I have been very disappointed in this location lately. The donuts are never fresh. I went and got munchkins this morning and they tasted awful. You could tell they were days old and been refrigerated. So many donut stores around Birmingham area that have fresh donuts made daily.

I ordered my usual 2 large Frozen Hazelnut w/6 squirts each and 1 with a double espresso shot! DELICIOUS!! LOVE the staff, friendly, courteous and ready to make your day start off right! The smell of FRESH ☕️ IN THE MORNING! YUM

First off – I got here at 530ish Google says they open at 5am. When I got here the Open sign was on so I called and they said they didn’t open until 6. I let them know their Open sign was on and got an “ok” and left it on!! All while people who are clearly not employees are sitting at the table inside eating food and drinking coffee. When I went in at 6 I went in right before an employee and the lady behind the counter just looked at me without saying anything. She than looked at the employees who got a very welcoming hello. So I said hello and got a very dry, rude hello- completely rude, not customer focused and could definitely work on their customer service. 0/10 do not recommend

Sour dough is never toasted like it advertised. Cold cheese. Potatoes use to be a full bag. Now u get 4 or 5 little pieces. Way over priced breakfast. $10.

We have been visiting here from out of state all week and made a Dunkin run each morning. The staff has been pleasant and efficient every day and the young man at the window this morning was all smiles. And as usual, the coffee and breakfast sandwiches were delicious! Thank you!

They always get my drink order wrong and my food is always cold. I love Dunkin’ Donuts and this is the only one near my house but I will start going to Starbucks. At least my food is hot there and they give me my correct order.

This is the second time I’ve gone to this location in the past month. Both times have been very unpleasant. Today will be my last time going. The manager is rude. The food was horrible.
