Breakfast when you need it. The ‘Refresher’ …Strawberry Dragon fruit was ideally suited for the 102 degree Phoenix weather.

You can never go wrong with doughnuts. 1 Boston Kreme and 1 Maple Long John.

Perfect location in a busy area. I recommend Dunkin donuts for the donuts and the sweet flavored ‘Refresher drinks’.

I had to ask the girl if she was busy (on her phone, not looking up.) The sign said “wake up wraps are $1.69. Add your choice of protein.” The counter girl said if I added ham it would cost more. I ordered 1 with bacon (pictured on sign) and both were $2.19. She said egg costs more too. Confusing if true. Also, American cheese is not as good as cheddar. My hash browns tasted burned. Change your sign to eliminate confusion and feeling overcharged for mediocre food.

The coffee was great and that’s where the compliment ends. I also ordered a toasted everything bagel with sausage, egg and cheese. I was told they didn’t have any more everything bagels, so I got a plain bagel instead. When they delivered my food in a bag, I took it to my car and headed for work. When I got there, the plain bagel wasn’t toasted, the cheese wasn’t melted or cooked and it was a fairly miserable breakfast sandwich.

Waited in line for ten minutes, then waited another 15 to get an iced coffee. I’ve been in many busy Dunkins and have never experienced a wait like this location always seems to have. Especially if you have an office to get back to, you’re better off picking another coffee shop.

Door says it opens at 6AM…..stopped in yesterday to ensure the door was correct…”yes, we’ll be open at 6:00 AM” was the response. Walked over at 6AM, closed up and dark. I called, as I saw someone inside in the back, no answer. Walked around the block, still closed at 06:15. Probably ok if they’re open, but website, door, and employees apparently don’t know what time they open

Went in to order some munchins to take with me to my job at the Orpheum. When I asked for some munchins and asked what counts they have and he was like you can order any amount you want. So I asked for 12. He rang me up and handed me my bag( I should have looked while I there ) and hurry to work. When I got there and opened it there was only 5 in there . I called 9 times with no answer and left a message. Not happy ( Update – corporate emailed me and had the manager of that store call me. I missed the call and called back but didn’t get a response. So I was able to go back to the store and explained it to the nice lady behind the counter and she not only gave what didn’t get but Extra)

Just plain rude, if not smart alleck, the dude at the counter made a lasting impresion that needs no explination. He may have some splaining to do when his boss sees a bad review on Google Maps

Can always depend on Dunkin’ for some ice cold refreshments on a hot day in Phoenix. Iced coffee for around $3 definitely hits the spot and never burnt. Service is quick and efficient, pastries for you to enjoy if you want any.
