They make my bacon exactly how I want it, my coffee is always made perfect!! Avocado toast is ALWAYS made amazing, Soo much avocado spread that it gets on my fingers, that it’s finger licking good!!! Honestly best customer service for the most part as well… ❤️❤️❤️

Fast ordering and kind service, smells enticing. I ordered avocado toast. I bought the egg croissant for my husband and 2 bagels bagels & smear to go. It all had great appearance and tasted just as good! Love the coffee, very fresh!! Bless you, team!

Manager is coughing, no mask, long wait for orders, no acknowledgement of customer’s. Store is dirty and it’s 8:30am. The only positive is one employee tried to get the order right after the 20 minute wait. Speaking badly about the customer in the drive thru. Don’t come here unless you don’t care.

I entered this location store , nasty smelling… who’s making food area all garbage under the floor, in the Store all trash cans full and nasty smell, I order more than $10… but I don’t feel drink coffee now …… But I love Dunkin* more than 15 years….

Ordered a dozen assorted donuts in drive thru at 5:42 am and paid over $16 dollars!!! When I got to work to eat one I noticed I had 7 cake like donuts that all looked alike. When I returned and spoke to the manager about the lack of assortment in the donuts I received she pointed out that they were different flavors just looked the same! I then asked to exchange them for some donuts I didn’t receive like jelly filled, toasted coconut, long John’s, etc and she rudely told me no because 7 out of 12 is considered assorted! QT down the street has more variety than here. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED

The opening crew is who I deal with and they are great! I go right before work and they are quick, efficient, friendly, and accurate. I’ve only had one mishap in nearly a year of coming here. I love the butter pecan with cream, iced and large. Plus, who doesn’t like doughnuts?

So I’m only giving three stars because the guy that helped me out seemed pretty patient and his mannerisms meant well. However, I did not get the name of the lady that was working the drive-thru window and I wish I did. So life happens right? It’s early in the morning. My work schedule and home life doesn’t allow me a whole lot of sleep. I didn’t realize that I used the wrong debit card through the drive-thru. So instead of being one of those people, I pulled to the front and came in with the same debit card not realizing. He was super patient and I finally realized after coming in that it was the wrong card so I went back out and got the one that actually works. When I came back in I could hear him talking to her saying she had the wrong debit card. She’s going out to get the right one. Then all I hear from her is oh God a big breath and her shaking her head. I’m sorry that my money isn’t inconvenience to you. That goes to your paycheck. And I’m also sorry that I’m such an inconvenience to you of simply being a human being at 3:30 in the morning, making a simple but fixable mistake. Honestly I’m not a confronting type and if it wasn’t so damn early I probably would have said something. But if you happen to read this lady. Do better before you get the right one.

Great service and reasonably priced food. I typically get the iced cafe mocha and sometimes a bagel with cream cheese. Both are really good in a hurry.

The chai latte is great. But they should really stop doing breakfast foods. The mini pancakes were hard and flavorless. The omlet was also flavorless. The bacon bites are good and the avocado toast is phenomenal.
