This place is ridiculous. I went in to get munchkins, but they didn’t have any chocolate glazed munchkins which is fine, so I switched up my order to a dozen donuts. I said assorted, but I wanted to pick my own. They were like “oh if you want to pick your own just for future reference don’t say assorted. Okay my bad, however; you want to correct me on how to order the donuts, but you can’t prepare the donuts correctly because you sell me a donut with a screw on it! Unbelievable! How asinine is that.

Great service but they need to work on the flies. I saw flies on top of the donuts when I was ordering inside. I got my donuts and coffee. The server was so polite that I couldn’t get mad. So i just took my donuts anyways and walked out and then I tossed them in the trash. I just can’t imagine the flies droppings or nesting on top of them donuts. Yuck!

Walked into the place and two employees were sitting outside getting high. Person who took our order was not friendly. We ordered bacon and got it almost immediately. It was cold and hardly cooked. When we asked for warm bacon, we were told it’s supposed to be room temp. The one who took our order had extremely long fake nails and kept putting them in her mouth while they were all on their phones playing music and sharing stuff on their phones.
Not a professional environment in the least.

I am a regular customer to this Dunkin donuts (mostly drive-in) I love the coffee and my kids can’t resist the donut holes… We get them almost every time!!
I’d also recommend the chive bagel bites!!! Bacon is delicious and flavorful but sometimes to crispy ..
this location gets backed up with lines (as most coffee places do) but let me tell you. This team hustles!!
I waited a while inside for my drink. The line was long but atleast I was happy to see the associates working hard and as quickly as they can.. !!
When things aren’t done right.. Dunkin donuts takes care of me.
I have experienced this With Dunkin superior customer service, a sincere apology, or a free donut. Whatever they can do to make it right.
It’s good to see a team that listens and takes intsruction from their leader. Thank you Dunkin !!!

If I could leave ZERO STARS I WOULD. This is literally THE WORST Dunkin Donuts in the valley. I have been here FOUR times to order the same drink (Small Frozen Coffee with Vanilla Bean Flavor and Almond Milk) and each time there is a new “we can’t do this” excuse. 1st time the drink came out perfect. 2nd time the Frozen COFFEE had no COFFEE in it. They took it back and fixed it. 3rd time the Frozen Coffee AGAIN had no coffee in it and the Manager would not fix it for me so I threw it away and ordered the same thing with an espresso shot and left. This final time I ordered the SAME thing, the cup came back with No Coffee ONCE AGAIN but this time… they all of a sudden can’t make the Frozen Coffee with Almond Milk because they “can’t put almond milk in the blender.” I am sooooo DONE with this place.

We went by getting into town 9/5/22 at 3pm. We wanted a dozen donuts to take home. When we got to the drive thru we asked for a dozen donuts and the guy straight up said no. All we have is 2 donuts left a Apple fritter and a chocolate glazed. Why are you even open wasting money on LAZY people who won’t bake donuts? Either these 2 goofballs we saw standing around in there are super lazy along with management like comments say (and it shows) or they wanted to be off so bad and payback was to not make sales. Ridiculous

The coffee was good, service great, but DANG do they add a bunch of ice! I got a small drink and I feel like I took a few sips before it was all gone! Idk if you can tell in my pictures, but the cup was about 2/3 filled with ice. I didn’t realize I had to say “light ice” to get more than a quarter cup of latte! I do not feel content with my purchase today.

The customer service is so bad at this location I almost thought at first it was a joke. They had all there donuts by take out window and I asked what was in the filled, they told me they were all mixed up so it could be any of three flavors. Her co worked splashed milk in my face and laughed. Terrible immature employees with nasty attitudes.

This place was a mess today, Saturday afternoon May 7th. Lazy, no work ethic, bad attitudes, poor communication, dirty, poorly trained and managed. They need to replace some, if not most, of their workers, at least during this shift. One of them looked like he hadn’t a clue, doesn’t know what certain donuts are called, and grabbed one with his bare hand. Another one is too lazy to take an order accurately and unable to make a drink correctly even after three tries. Even when no one is in the store, no one bothers to clean or empty the very full trash cans. Apparently working at a Dunkin’ is beyond their capabilities. They should be embarrassed to provide the kind of service they do! Yikes!

Showed up 20 minutes before closing time and these employee’s already locked the door. if they don’t want to work their normal hours the store needs to change their hours to 6:30pm lazy employees just standing around.
