I’m visiting AZ and staying in a local hotel. We don’t have dunkin’ donuts where I’m from so this is a real treat.
It was my second morning in a row there and was met a the window by a man named Norman”, incredibly pleasant, very polite and attentive. He’s a credit to this store!

Came in rather then drive thru as I knew my order was going to be annoying or confusing. Luckily we were helped by a guy named Norman. He was awesome answered my dumb questions was courteous and quick the donuts and breakfast sandwich were awesome coffee was great. Place was clean and prices fair… I’d recommend keeping Norman around the guys got great customer skills.. if my business was in Phoenix I’d probably try to hire him away from you guys…lol… Kidding…. Low key not kidding… I’ll definitely be back while we are in town

I love this DD I’m moving out of town and will miss the morning Crew soooo much. I loved trying all their creations and just always felt like my morning family on my drive into work. When I’m back in the Valley I’ll make sure to stop in and say hi to the morning crew. If you’re ever feeling adventurous have the baristas make you one of their creations. Cheers !!

This location is absolutely amazing. They are always friendly and the drinks are the best in the area. Definitely will go out of my way to stop here vs other dunkins!

Coffee is always right, but something must be going on because the staff just seems miserable. It’s always super slow service. Idk if it’s the moon valley karens taking a toll on them, poor management, or if they just show up to work in the worst mood. I’m always friendly and say “hi” and one worker won’t even ask me for my order. She’ll just look at me. Or say “hi” over the speaker and that’s it. Then when I say my order, “ok, that’ll be $—-“ then I’ll say “Have a great day!”… *crickets*
If anything, this Dunkin should write me a check for the customer service I provide THEM. Regardless, it’s the closest drive thru coffee shop near me and I hate paying $8 for a coffee at Starbucks so I’ll be back but… hope they figure it out or talk to someone.

I’m not sure what’s happening at DD in Phoenix but every time I go or give them another chance the end result has been so bad I had to throw it away.
I just ordered a frozen coffee. Something that should be very simple to make and not screw up. There was nothing frozen about it. The taste was like chemicals.
It’s quite odd because I watched a worker make herself a frozen coffee drink and I am sure hers was perfect.
I get it it was nearly closing time but what happened to people taking pride in their work.

This Dunkin is a nightmare everytime single time I come. Rude rude and rude. Very unprofessional staff. And my drinks are never consistent in flavor. Someone always has an attitude problem. Whoever does the hiring should be ashamed of themselves. Not to mention how do you know whether or not I’m a secret shopper for the company?? I would never allow any of my employees to talk to a customer in the manner that they do. They would be fired on the spot. And I can assure you that I am not the only customer that comes there in the neighborhood that feels the same way as I do.
Absolutely ridiculous establishment.
