Just left this store, the guy at the register wasn’t friendly or helpful at all. It’s an hour and a half before they close and he told me the kitchen was closed. After asking about which refresher he thought was better, he replied ”I don’t like either one of them so idk”. Im not sure if that was a genuine response or if he just didn’t want to make the drink. After ordering a chai latte, He slid my drink across to me without saying a word. I will always choose Starbucks over Dunkin’ for this specific reason. Dunkin employees are 8 out of the 10 times extremely rude.
My chai latte just tastes like milk. I also finished it in like 4 sips because it was 90% ice.
UPDATE:
I tried again today with a mobile order, arrived the same rude employee told me they didn’t have the syrup I said okay that’s fine just give me vanilla. He then slides the drink towards me again. I tell him there’s no cold foam, he then with an attitude pours out the smallest amount of the drink ever and puts whipped cream on top……..whipped cream is not cold foam….never again. Bad experience back to back is enough for me.

Had to repeat my order 10 times. The two ladies that were bilingual gave our order away to another person. Didn’t even read out the ticket numbers. They give away orders to just anyone. By the time we got our everything bagel, we specially asked for the cream cheese to be on the side and they didn’t do it(had to repeat 5 times for it to be on the side) RIDICULOUS. I wont be returning!! these people need to get it together and actually learn how to make coffee cuz theirs taste like .

The doughnuts are AWESOME (Boston Cream!), but the coffee is the best. They have much more than doughnuts. The service was quick and friendly. Plenty of parking, and if you are in a hurry all the time, download the app, and you can order before you get there, pick it up and go go.

A really great DD team. Strongly recommend ordering ahead through the DD app. Honestly it took me a while to get used to this place. It’s very busy. Staff works very hard to get the customer orders out. Ordering with the app and giving them a few minutes to prep really helps at this location.

Rude employees who are unprofessional & inconsiderate as well ignorant. I visited this location & did not complete my purchase because of the employees behavior. Making disparaging comments about a customer’s race shows why the would be adult on shift is still stuck making high school wages as an adult. I will never come to this location again.

Horrible. Do not waste your time to come here. They never have a good selection of doughnuts. Always run out of Doughnuts by 4pm. Mostly children working there. Dirty. NEEDS new management. Sometimes they don’t even have coffee…. Absolutely a waste of time. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Depends on the time of morning, at 8 barely anyone, I walked in at 9am, 20+ people in line for drinks. Even order ahead wasn’t worth it.
One of the employees carried the drink with her finger in the cup. No thanks

I usually like going to DD depending on the location that I am at. Visited this DD and must say the customer service in this establishment is none existing. Rude, nasty and depressed employees. How this place can be opened to serve the public as a eatery is incomprehensible.

Haven’t been to this location in years, but they are still professional, polite and prompt. Even with the you can feel the smiles and smell the delicious coffee aroma, doughnuts and pastries.
