Running out of supplies, cups, straws, food… workers stated their delivery truck was supposed to arrive earlier, but it’s delayed.
employee ladies yelling order at the top of their lungs like yelling at cattle when store has less than 2 or 3 customers, & client is right in front patiently waiting…

The staff is VERY rude and they seem to never understand what I am saying. My order never comes out right even after repeating several times. They also never have enough milk, I came in and all they had was whole or oat milk… I hate that is the only one around me.

Went this morning to try the new avocado toast and cold brew. it was better than I thought it would be. I liked it a lot. The employees were super cool and super nice.

Came for coffee and a doughnut . Napkin holders empty , “ may I have some napkins “……reply : “ I’ll have to owe you , we didn’t get any this week “.

Staff was unfriendly, no customer service skills what would ever. The wait was ridiculous. 2 out of 4 employees did not have a mask on, one was eating while he was helping prepare food. The other one that was preparing orders kept clearing his throat while he was not wearing a mask. Management should really look in to putting structure and better service skills.

The service is alright.. Upon placing an online order thru the app (which is user friendly btw), they didn’t really pay much attention when prepping the order I assume. I asked for “less ice” for my coffee, they went ahead and filled the whole cup with ice. Don’t know if they were trying to be funny or just an honest mistake? But that was the complete opposite of what I requested. Another thing is they don’t have have any of the donuts they normally carry in other DD. I asked if they were going to have more and they just said that they don’t do those donuts anymore.. sooo I don’t know? If that’s the case then they should update their menus in-store & online to avoid the confusion.

This place is awful. I gave it one star but deserves a negative rating. It is super dirty. The employee at the Cashier is super rude and to top it off they do not even have what we wanted.

Worse behavior by a lady taking order’s in store while working on 12 June at 7 am , I specified the order of EGG and CHEESE croissant and to my utmost surprise they added BACON in it.
It was just the moment before biting it I took a peek underneath and saw the bacon, this is so disgusting. The employees were blabbering so much that they don’t care what a customer is ordering.
Truly they made the experience worse !!
