If I could give Zero I would. The need to just close this location down. Don’t bother going on a Sunday , website says open till 5PM. It’s 10AM and they are already closed. Worst service!! I understand that they believe the demographics in the area aren’t supposed to get good customer service but if that’s the case move your business out of the area. I’m now looking at people parking and going up to a closed establishment after it clearly states on the door and website that they open until 5PM

I went today around 1, the young lady in the front counter was cleaning so I didn’t mind waiting until she was done. A young lady T-Mobile rep from next door came in (seems they are friends)and called the Dunkin donuts employed by her name and they started talking. The T-Mobile girl informed her that she had a customer and she plainly said I do not care she’s gonna have to f#@! wait. Wow, I just left. Horrible employee with horrible customer service.

This DD just opened. Of course, I just had to go. Friendly staff, good coffee, but my bagel was old and stale. Soooo disappointing
I was going to go back but could not go back. Very disappointed as we were happy to have a DD nearby.
I think I will return and try them out again. Hopefully I will receive a fresh bagel this time.

Well. Here at Dunkin Donuts on 79th Street by walmart. Had a great experience the cashier Cristina was amazing. The food was fresh and delicious it was a little hot but as soon as I said something the cashier turned the ac down. That’s customer service at its best.
The owner franchisee should be proud to have Cristina as a worker on the front line.

Slow, slow, slow, drive thru backed up with four cars and it took 20 minutes to get to ace my order! Another location I won’t revisit.

I’ve visited several times this Dunkin Donuts location since it opened and EVERY SINGLE TIME HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. From rude unprofessional staff, different closing hours and the quality of the coffee it’s the worst I’ve tried. I’m not even mad, I’m just disappointed. Who ever invested in this business without investing in a good hiring and training made some real mistakes. Won’t recommend to anyone.

1st visit: The guy (don’t know his name) made me a delish caramel iced coffee. I paired it up with sausage croissant sandwich which it was good too.
2nd visit: I did the mobile order so when I went to pick it up the store was closed. (Closing is 8pm not 10pm like it says online.) So I went to the drive thru & the cashier tells us there was no donuts so that we can come in the morning the next day to claim our order.
**Tips: Don’t do mobile order at night because there is pretty much no food. Or call before you do a mobile order at night to be certain.
Keep in mind they are “fresh out the oven” they are still working some kinks running the shop. I think they have good potential with this shop just need some time. ✌

I’m disappointed that I gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading the previous review. The coffees had no caramel even though I asked for two medium caramel iced coffees with c&s. ALSO I ordered a croissant with ham and cheese and they didn’t give me a croissant they gave me some sandwich looking bread. I couldn’t check everything because I was already rushing to work. This place JUST opened for the service to be THIS BAD. Mind you there were 10 heads working at 6 in the morning and apparently NOBODY knew what they were doing.
