These employees are wonderful they are working since 5am and there is only 2 of them doing all the shores there are no other staff… they went the extra mile and helped me get donuts for my son birthday at their closing time. Feeling extremely grateful that there are people like them out there keeping the business going.!!!! 03/31/22 this 2 employees deserve a token of appreciation

Worst service ever!!! My Uber eats order got completely wrong! No coffee!!! At all!! All of my hashbrown orders are completely burnt out as you can see below!!! Whoever is in charge is completely out of their mind if this kinda food is considered acceptable with you guys! I wish you could eat these hashbrowns yourself and choke!

A couple months ago my boyfriend and I had a not so good experience ordering drive thru in this location. They gave him a defective cup and broke in the car while the guy was giving us the drinks, they didn’t offered to give us another drink and said they didn’t have napkins..
Today I walked in and the girl in the register was nice, the cook was very professional and the croissant I ordered was so good I had another one!
I’m giving it 4 stars because the manager was really rude to their employees. If a manager treats people like that is not much of a role model.
I also want to add that the establishment looks clean on point. The volume of the music is enjoyable and the temperature is fresh.

I’ve given up on this location of Dunkin donuts. The architects must be laughing their arses off for that design. The insane maze you must go through just to order coffee notwithstanding the fact that the customers are mostly still asleep when departing the window creates an almost NASCAR ordering experience. The last time the poor sap in front of me waited 10 minutes to order only to find that the place wasn’t open at 10 am. No signs. No nothing. So this is one donut I don’t have to wake up for because they didn’t wake up either.

I went 2 weeks ago, and they were already not serving food a whole hour before closing time and I just went yesterday, and they were completely closed a whole hour before closing time. Other customers arrived behind me hoping to order, but also had to leave. Very poor and sad way to run a business. Run the place properly or close the place down. Hire better management as well. It’s sad to see this on Biscayne where people are constantly driving by and is always busy with traffic. Don’t recommend ordering from here.

This place is hit or miss. I was very disappointed with the watered down coffee. I went about 6:30pm and was told there were no donuts available, only Bavarian Creme, which I love so I said OK. When I drove off, I checked my bag and it was a Boston Cream, which I don’t particularly care for. It’s obvious someone doesn’t know their donuts. I also asked for light ice on coffee and cup was still ful off ice. I asked and paid for a second, clearly asking for less ice and nothing changed. I will never go back here again. The only thing that was decent was the bacon, egg and cheese croissant.

Pierre at drive through had such a rude nasty attitude very sarcastic for no reason because I said hello because I was sitting at the drive-thru for a while and he’s like don’t you know I had a big order like no I didn’t this man just makes customers upset he’s not good for the drive-thru

They don’t know how to make drinks so unless you’re ordering coffee black, don’t go here. I ordered a caramel macchiato hot and they served it to me cold and then when they remade it they gave me a warm cup of milk. Wasted money and a waste of time. Management needs to find people who know what they’re doing.
