Mediocre services. The reason why Starbucks is taking over. I am a grown up man and don’t need people to scream or toss my stuff on the counter or tearing me with negative attitude. Left the store quietly with hands loaded and no bags. Good employee gets over shadowed because of that one. Thank you but not coming back. No I didn’t even talk. Just left with my stuff

This is an interesting Dunkin Donuts. The interior is very spacious, with nice decor and a money changing store inside. My first impression a couple of visits ago was that the crew were abrubt and unconcerned about hospitality. I have returned and saw mostly the same people, and had a much nicer interaction. I also appreciate that the business owner replied to my original rating.

I went because I earned rewards to get a free coffee. The cashier was unable to use my loyalty points and tried to figure it out but just stood there and didn’t say anything. She just said “so do you want it or not?” Since I drove all this way I just bought it. I waited for my iced coffee and then she said oh it’s there. I look and I see a hot coffee so I tell her I ordered iced not hot. She just shrugged and said that’s what you pointed at. I was so frustrated with the customer service I received but I was running late so I just took the coffee and left. I’m never coming to this location again. DON’T COME HERE! This was the worst Dunkin I’ve ever visited.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The food quality is terrible and customer service here is even worst. One of the workers are racist… she literally asked me to pay for jelly for my croissant breakfast sandwich and I noticed the next few times I came it was actually supposed to be free. They barely speak English which is terrible being that you’re working with the public where everyone does not speak Spanish. Just go down the street to Starbucks to avoid wasting your time.

They offer eat in option in this location, but every time I go I find just a few donuts available. Very hard to find coffee roll, for example. The service is fast and the place is clean.


Bad Customer Service. Ordered a coffee from a lady then she left the counter and was chatting on her phone. No one made the order. After 10mins someone else came in ordered and then received their coffee. Another worker looked at me and asked what I was waiting for. She then made my drink and gave it me without a single word. Just RUDE service and not even an apology. Never going to that store again and will go to the nearby Starbucks instead.

This place is a hit or miss. I usually order with the app and by the time I get there everything is ready and it is super convenient. Other times, I place the order ahead of time and I am still waiting just for a little box of munchkins. Customer service is usually not very good (hence why I order online) whenever there is a problem with my order I’m treated with an attitude no matter how nice I try to be. I’ve said thank you and good morning and I’m met with crickets. Maybe that part is just me but otherwise, this place is decent.

I paced my order for 3 items and when asked for the Military discount I was told they don’t do that, no police or even seniors…The manager said there stores don’t give free food…as a 25 year NAVY veteran I took offense to that remark. No businesses is obligated to give the discount but if the answer is NO be more profesional about what comes out of your month. She then decides to make the comment in spanish to the young lady at the register of we should charge him, at that point I told her your in a free speech country, but be respectful or quit tour job if your so miserable.
I will never come back and will tell everyone I know how worthless this place is.

I never feel welcomed here. Ordered a dozen and realized I had made an error and wanted the 2 dozen special. Answer: I already charged you the first one so you’ll have to pay full price for the second one. Great customer service!!! We’re talking about $5 it’s not the money it’s principal.
