Miserable service. I try to be pretty reasonable considering morning rush but the lady handling food service was incredibly rude. I asked if she could please cut my bagel in half (as I have to eat discreetly at my desk and shoving a whole bagel into my face is impossible) – She proceeded to wrap the uncut bagel, throw it in a bag and then handed me the bag with a plastic knife and said “do it yourself, here you go, bye” as nasty as possible. Aside from that, the trash cans there are usually overflowing with garbage.

I go there all the time cause I work next door to them. I went to just get lemons cause they have slice lemons. I asked if I can a full cup of them and I will pay for it. One of the guy that work there was going to give to me but the manager there was so rude and he said that I had to order something in order to get it and I was willing to but he still didn’t want to give me the slice of lemons.

Best team leader. He knows his customers. He knows the customers orders, no need to place your order after a few stops. Fast service in such a tiny shop. And the best croissant of all DD’s. Pleasant, friendly and respectful atmosphere.

The morning food prep lady uses the same glove to handle food, all the while touching every surface with the same glove. Today she threw my sausage patty into the bag after she screwed up my order

Dunkin is the anti-Starbucks in that you can get a good cup of coffee for less money. The donuts are pretty good, too.

Probably the crappiest Dunkins Donuts. The apple fritter had 0, zero, nada, piece of apple chunks. It was hot and crampy inside as well.

Brought a strawberry frosted donut from this Dunkin. It was stale, they served overnight donut. I will not be going back again.
