Very great place! Had the pleasure to talk to the employee as I was ordering my coffee. Very positive energy and atmosphere.

Just got an old tough chewy bagel from here. I guess if you get it toasted they think it will pass but this is downtown. There is no reason to be selling day old anything.

this Dunkin’ Donuts LOVES you wether you coming in at 2am or 10am they took great care of us at midnight and the same great care of us that morning after, their drinks and sandwhiches are delicious

I go to this Dunkin because Amir makes the best dunkin coffee in town. Amir is one of the coolest guys around. God bless that guy…

The cashier kept rubbing his nose while placing the dozen of donuts in my bag with the back of his hand. Bad Habit

Person on staff had us waiting over one hour due to cleaning and restocking although said it would be only twenty minutes. Was on our lunch hour and had us waiting while she did other things inside. This was very inconsiderate having us waiting and being rude.

Heads up, This is a long one.
Don’t order anything if you don’t have A LOT of extra time. This dunkin used to be pretty good when it came to quality and timeliness but after this new crew has been on the morning shift, it’s been absolute trash. Having to wait 10 minutes for an on-the-go latte order on a slow weekend morning with zero customers in store is ridiculous. On a regular weekday? Forget about it. And that’s only if the “order ahead/pickup” option is available for this location, which hasn’t been an option lately. Then when you place an order ( in person or via the app, it doesn’t really matter) the order is wrong or taste like garbage. Long story short, don’t come here. Choose another location and hope for the best.

I came in and it was busy with only one worker, so I don’t mind waiting a few minutes. But the experience took a turn for the worst once a lady sitting down hopped up and went to the front of the line. I was expecting the worker to inform her that she should wait in line like every one else, but to my shock the cashier told everyone waiting in line “the lady was there first”.
It’s my understanding that “lines” determine the order people are served, not “arrival”
Thats like me hopping in front of a random person at the grocery store and telling them it’s OK because I arrived at the store before they did

Waited in line 22 minutes…. had to leave. I saw two cups of coffee walk out the door while I waited. I don’t know what the problem is????
