This is great place for grab a coffee before to ride the train in the Rockefeller F, D and M train stop. The staff very friendly and as always the tasty donking donuts coffee.

I work in the area and get my coffee from them 2-3 times a week. Problem is they are never consistent, and they never correct their mistakes. They will flat out deny giving you the wrong drink in front of your face. I ordered an Ice macchiato with regular milk, the lady before me ordered the same thing but with Almond milk. In the pickup line, the lady got her drink first and I go up I hear the employee making the drink call out “Iced Macchiato With Almond Milk” to the manager beside her who hands out orders to customers. I said it wasn’t mine since I heard her CLEARLY say almond milk. Then she nods her head no and says “that’s regular milk” and I said “no I HEARD you say almond milk I was literally in front of you when you called it out.” I tasted it and it was very clearly almond milk
I would suggest taking a sip out of your drink to make sure it’s right before you leave

Manager didn’t know how to ring up my order. It was a large hot toasted white mocha, their seasonal beverage and he charged me for a large iced drink. Didn’t know how to process a refund and then proceeded to blame me for ordering the “wrong drink”

Coffee is good, but the cashier has a bad attitude every morning and intentionally messes up my order. She will hear me clearly order something and not add it, then give me a problem when i dont get it at the pick up window. She said “you only got charged for the coffee” as she was ringing me up for it, which makes me think she knows i wanted other things. The same woman has also given me the wrong flavor even though she repeated the order back to me.

The day I went they had a new computer system. It took about 15-20 minutes to get 6 doughnuts and 2 cups of coffee. It was very early ( 7a.m) Very frustrating. The doughnuts were stale.
