Dunkin’ Reviews

One Piece of Stardust

The female cashier there with the hijab or shayla, Jen D., was quite rude to me when I tried to order a sandwich. While ordering I had to ask her a couple of times to repeat herself because I couldn’t hear her well and she gave me an exasperated eye roll and sigh.

She also mocked a homeless person who came into the Dunkin’ Donuts asking for money. And she just mocked the homeless man’s mumbling and stuttering until he left.

I would expect people who work at the cash register to at least be cordial and respectful but I got none of that here. I’d give a 0/5 stars if I could.

One of the worst Dunkin’s ever. It took them too long to make a bagel while the place is empty, and it wasn’t even fresh. I couldn’t even swallow it, so they just took my money for nothing. I tossed it in the garbage while they were totally fine with that. They didn’t reimburse me, and I just walked out feeling scammed!

I ordered a tea and walked out as I was walking I took a sip and it tasted like they added coffee instead of water to the tea. I went back and they gave me a good cup of tea. People make mistakes and they did the right thing.

*No decaf* for 3 days in a row (the only days I was in town) which is unheard of for a chain that sells mostly coffee. They did manage to have some food in stock.

Easy to see right off of 14th street servicing the Lower East side and the adjoining areas of Manhattan. Parking on the Street is available but it fills up fast especially at night and on the weekends. Moderately clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

The cashier does not know how to type an order … she told me (if I understand correctly…) you can order this combo on our menu, but I don’t know how to put a combo order, I haven’t learned so, so I’m going to charge you at a normal price which is 20 dollars more than it says on the menu okay? Have a good day bye

One comes to Dunkin Donuts for mediocre food that is served quickly.

The offerings here are just as mediocre as the offerings at any Dunkin Donuts location. But the store is understaffed, and what staff there is is completely over its head and incompetent. They take forever to fill orders, and then give you the wrong thing. Terrible.

Good Location. They Actually Got My French Vanilla, xtra/xtra, Iced Coffee Correct The First Time. That’s a Big Deal lol.

Kicked me out from this store simply for charging my stuff making silly excuses telling me that they had to close to clean when it is 7 pm which is like 3hrs before closing the store . Was arguing about customer are not allowed to stay . Is he dumb or what?? Can’t believe that no humanity could be found over here when people need help .

I thing I have written more but trust me this is just a expression about not getting help in need. Danger alert over here..

First time I came in there , the lady rush to make my drink and was on her phone . Second time I came in they didn’t know what drink I was talking about and took forever to serve me . If you don’t want to be at work then quit . There’s someone else who willing to work .
