I go in several times a week to get coffee and I have found that the employees are usually quite pleasant – especially Merry. However, the service is quite lacking. Since I usually get only coffee I’ve not had a lot of issues, but the *one* time I ordered food, my order got screwed up. Several times I’ve had to repeat my order because the employee asked what I wanted and then stopped paying attention. Many times I have seen people in line before me having issues with the service – their orders get messed up, they get the wrong change, etc.
I suggest if you order from here, you pay close attention, speak very clearly, and double check what you end up with before leaving.
This DD needs to improve their customer service and employee training. Proper communication with customers is a must.

They never have Turkey sausage. Each time she offer regular sausage. I’m Muslim and she’s Muslim how can she offer that. 6x here, today is my last day.

Bad service. There was only one person working in the store, waited so long. And the milkshake was terrible. The only reason I didn’t leave was because it was so hot outside and I didn’t want to have to go somewhere else.

Considering how few people were waiting for food, service was so incredibly slow and when I finally (waited almost ten minutes) received my coffee order (just regular, not espresso) it wasn’t hot. Really weird experience.

Service and quality are always good. A pretty dirty dunkin overall. Straw rappers and bags are always on the ground here when I walk in and seating area is never tidied up. Average place in the heart of midtown east.

Always like this dunkin on Park Ave South. Plenty of seating, very spacious great staff. They get your coffee correct all the time. A great spot for a sandwich, lunch or breakfast. Clean as well
