I tried this place because the reviews I saw were very positive…my experience is sadly NOT the same.. this donut shop is WAY overpriced for what you get. The quality was horrible! I question if they are using old oil when they are frying them up. I’ve tried cronut before and these were nothing like them. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Spicy Mango
Chocolate, cinnamon sugar crumble cronut & jelly filled glaze. Next box is chocolate custard filled, Oreo, glaze, cherry cruller & raspberry cronut. My experience was great and the man who served me was so nice & kind enough to throw in these amazing donut holes that taste so unique, fresh and nicely frosted / flaky on the outside for my baby (I am 8 months pregnant). Great quality & service!

This place is amazing. The flavors of donuts they have are so creative and made perfectly! I would expect the prices to be way more than what I paid. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and generous. I just stopped in for a few donuts but left with so much good stuff! I was not prepared for the awesome selection

My husband brought home a dozen for us this morning. If you have not tried Sweet Dozen then you need to. The doughnuts are sooo delicious and are fluffy. We will be back again.

Highly recommend this donut shop. This shop adds a nice twist to donuts without being over the top like some donut shops. The donuts are really tasty and the service is great. We even got a couple of extra donuts thrown in the box. Definitely worth trying!

A nice clean place with a wide variety of donuts. Went there this morning and ordered two donuts and they cost $9.00. They looked fantastic and were really amazing. The only negative is the cost. I understand I didn’t order the ” basic” doughnut, and one gets what they pay for. While they were incredible doughnuts, $4.50 a piece is too much for me.
Will I be back to Sweet Dozen? You bet, but it won’t be a daily go to spot. Maybe a couple times a month. A positive experience all-in-all

The woman who owns this shop is truly lovely. This was my family’s first time at the shop and we stopped here randomly. It turned out awesome because not only is the food quality wonderful, but the customer service is top notch. She deserves plenty of customers.

Only place in the area that makes croissant/donut fusion donuts and their regular donuts are good. A lot of options outside of regular donuts as well.
Staff was super friendly and even gave me some extras on the house . Couldn’t recommend more.

The best donut shop in Sacramento period. Only complaint is they only make the malasada donuts 1 day a month with sometimes my least favorite fillings. But still 5/5.
