Typically, we hit the drive thru. Always good. The other day though, my wife and I took our children inside. I think her name plate said manager? In any case, she made the whole experience like we were at Disney. Friendly smile, paper hats, warm donuts, and happy kids. I wish I remember your name, you made our morning. Thank you!

So disappointed! Got a dozen glazed & a dozen mixed Sunday am for Father’s Day. The mixed were great, very fresh. Got back home to find the glazed we’re tough as nails. Probably had been warmed up too many times before we got them! Couldn’t eat them.

WORST staffed donut shop ever. It’s a 50/50 when you go on Saturday if they are even open. Somewhat understandable during 2020 and 2021, but its almost the end of 2022 guys, figure it out. Every other business has, except you. Last time I drive my daughter out here and arrived to closed restaurant. We’ll stick with the other 2 or 3 locally owned donut shops in Scottsdale that actually show up on Saturdays to work.

I I love donuts but since Covid Shea’s shop has the WORST service ever!!!!!! Today Sunday 17/09 8 pm! There is simply no one!!!! They never have a choice! Always out of donuts!

Only giving 3 stars as their inside dinning is still closed which was very sad for the kids. The donuts were good and drive thru was quick. But inside dinning still closed, move on already.

Only their drive through is open. And when you order only half the donuts shown on the menu sign are available. Lady at the window said they can’t change the donuts shown on the sign because they can’t open it (broken). It’s been like this for the last three times I’ve visited.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I don’t typically right reviews but I have never been so upset about fast food service as I am now. Ordered half a dozen donuts at drive thru and they managed to give me all the wrong doughnuts, had to go inside and they told me the doughnuts I wanted were unavailable so they just gave me doughnuts of their choice. They also told me it was non refundable. Definitely do not recommend

You might want to make the effort to update your hours online. It says you open at 5:30 but when we arrived at 6:10 to place an order for an event the drive thru was blocked off and the doors were locked

Reliably out of any donuts you might want by noon, if it’s not randomly closed during business hours. By far the worst managed donut shop I’ve ever stopped visiting.

Hours on google are incorrect as Krispy kreme corporate office adjusts hours for each store per employee availability. Hours for most stores in the valley are currently 6pm until they hire more help.
