If you are black, I would NOT visit this location or the location on southern. Very rude to people of color. Spent over $200 at this particular restaurant over the course of 2 months while on vacation in Mesa from Atlanta. Each time I had an encounter with this particular lady, she was so rude I was afraid to have her remake my drink. I went to the location on southern and the young girl tried to charge me $7.75 for a large Thai tea with boba.. I buy this drink everyday with a glaze donut for about $7.50 for both. When I asked about the price she told me the price JUST went up when I got there. This was after a terrible interaction with the lady on country club road, so I just went to another boba place that wasn’t Bosa and they were very kind. Black people go ANYWHERE but here they will treat you terribly and don’t deserve your hard earned money at all!! Very rude WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Black owned beauty supple store is in the same plaza as this terrible restaurant though and they are amazing, very uplifting, and kind 🙂 enjoy

Amazing fresh and delicious donuts, open 7 days 24 hours, never closed! Going back to try their wide range of fruit smoothies.

Wasn’t impressed with the customer service – workers were a little rude. Only the men’s bathroom was open and it was kinda dirty. Very hot inside the cafe as well. The food was delicious and so was the smoothie – I got tapioca pearls in mine and they seemed a little over cooked. Definitely worth running in for a donut or croissant, though, since it’s so delicious.

We come here a ton, 2-3 times a week. The donuts are ok( my daughters love them) but the service is less than stellar. The people over the speaker are barely understandable. Our orders are correct about 40-50% of the time and when it comes change they are great at rounding down amounts.

Mixed experiences.. today I ordered an iced coffee and it was full of coffee grounds and tasted like it was brewed hot which changes the flavor. I dumped it out when I got to work because I had a mouth full of coffee grounds. The muffin was perfect though and I’ve had better drinks in the past. Won’t go here for coffee anymore though.

Dishonest service. My family and I were overcharged for donuts and before I said anything the lady was very rude to us. Won’t be coming back. Not worth the hassle. Avoid this establishment.

Good donuts and great service are better than a great donut and bad service I always say.

The bathroom is disgusting. A closer look will show this establishment is unsanitary and needs an inspection.

I will not be returning.

Bosa has hands down the best donuts in Arizona. They are absolutely delicious. On top of that, their blended thai tea is to die for. This location is open 24/7 and its been my go to after a late night with friends for years.

I’m a fan of Bosa, but this store is a disappointment every time. Very minimal options, never taste fresh and nothing better then selecting donuts as flies are jumping from donut to donut. Employees aren’t very outgoing either. This store makes me second guess Bosa Donuts!! What time do they even bake donuts for the day. I work 3rd shift and been there 3,4,5am and seems like they are a day or two old!!

If you haven’t been to Bosa, you owe it to yourself! They have the freshest donuts..I am not knocking any of the other wonderful donut places…but once you have one from Bosa…you will be hard pressed to have any other….like biting into a warm fluffy cloud! I give myself this delightful treat once a month. A blended cookies and cream and a buttermilk donut. The rest of the day is just heaven.

No gluten-free, Dairy-free donuts, but it was the closest place to get a Boba drink. They did have dairy-free drink options!
