BoSa Donuts Reviews

I just bought these 2 donuts and the lady put them in the bag and I bit into one and I will never come here again. Donuts look nice until you pick one up and realize how soggy, much of the glaze has dried up and the workers seem like they rather be somewhere else.

I get donuts from this place every Sunday to have with the grand kids and they are always quick friendly and helpful

Ok let me start off by saying I love Bosa donuts (Laveen and Tempe locations). I have been to this downtown location four times now and am still disappointed. First time was fine and the young lady was extremely nice and helpful. That was a good experience. The following times (not the same lady) were not so good. The last time my milk tea tasted bizarrely like I pinesol (yes the cleaner). I tried to call to let the lady know so she would not serve it but no one answer and no voicemail. I called multiple times. So now I will go back to my Laveen Bosa donuts.

Would like to say thank you to the two beautiful ladies who hooked me up when I went to get a shake tonight! Thank you so much! You are very awesome, hope to see you again!

Awsome tasting blended drinks and ice coffee drinks! The doughnuts are soft and fluffy! And fast friendly service..Appreciate the extended business hours during the special convention happening across the street at Chase Field!

7/30/2021 3:45 pm – the young lady employee was real rude. She was rushing me to take my order. In addition was not completely committed to taking my order. They did not have any milk products – to add to your smoothie or coffee. Wanted to make a taro boba with water. A milk tea with no milk- As I was looking over the menu and asking questions she seemed real bothered. Her conversation with the other employee was more important. Please address these young employees oh how to be Patient and understanding – this was my first time here. Ended up canceling my order. And walked out. The vibe here was not friendly at all.

Good donuts, service was great. The cashier did forget to put my buttermilk donuts on the same order as my breakfast sandwich, but I had cash so it was no big deal. If you’re in downtown Phoenix and need a donut make sure to stop by.

The staff was friendly and the place was pretty clean, but I was disappointed with the quality of our donuts. We got there pretty early in the morning so I was hoping the donuts would be fresh and warm. They were cold and soggy, like they’ve just been sitting there for hours upon hours. The glaze donuts had hardly any glaze on them. Overall, wasn’t thrilled with my BoSa donut experience.

The doing so unbelievable. If you’re looking for a good sandwich this is a place to go it’s near Chase Field

Killer breakfast sandwich, highly recommend the bacon croissant. Donuts and Bosa smoothies aren’t bad either. Love how close they are to Chase Field and downtown. The business partners and I will be back for those quick on the road quality breakfast.
