Waited at the menu for a few minutes before they told us to pull up to the window to order. They were out of three things we wanted. Customer service was terrible. Acted like we were inconveniencing them by being there. Doughnuts looked messy.

I just came from Krispy Kreme and had to wait almost 20 minutes cause the system was down. Then when I finally placed my order it feels like they literally just got it out the freezer that’s how cold my order was. They don’t even deserve a one star but unfortunately that’s the lowest I can give it’s like I don’t need it $12 to the store because I threw my glaze away. I’m so disappointed, and would not be back to them again.

They dont deserve 1 star but its as low as i can go. Every time I go here there’s either terrible service or on this occasion no effort of providing any service. 2 visits ago with 1 person in front of me inside & 4 employees walking around doing nothing it took 20 minutes go get our donuts meanwhile the 3 people behind me left. Tonight they said the system was down (understandable). I offered to wait they said there was no need although they didn’t close for hours. I offered to give them the exact amount & suggested they ring it up when the system was back up. They said no. The owner/manager should be ashamed & concerned at the employees lack of concern for the store. Point of store is to provide people with donuts & make money. The people that work here don’t seem interested in doing either. Do better.

Wow where do I start? The customer service at this location sucks. The young lady with the copper hair was very nasty and unprofessional at best. She either needs to be retrained or fired. My cup was sticky and my order was wrong. I was in line for about 45 minutes to an hour. So I wasn’t going back. Also, the staff was extremely loud. If they were busy making orders the line would’ve been that long, my order would’ve been right and the cash register would’ve had paper so people could’ve had a receipt. I won’t be returning to this location. Keep this up this location will be closed because of the nasty staff.

Going to stop choosing this Krispy Kreme to come to. Every time is an extremely frustrating experience. The customer service is terrible, your always cut off before your done finishing your order. This time we went the girl taking our order was laughing over the intercom interrupting us as we were ordering. Got to the window and she didn’t even have our order- she asked us again what we wanted. And somehow our order was still messed up. She had her hoodie on as if that’s real professional. The owner of this establishment needs to look into some better help. Will not be spending my money here again.

This is by far the worst Krispy Kreme in the nation. I went to pick up a large order for a wedding reception, and they said they didn’t have it under that name. I get out of line to check with the person who ordered it, and got a screenshot of the receipt. Because their lobby was closed, I had to sit in the drive through line for over 20 minutes just to get to the order speaker, and then a guy comes out to tell me their system is down and they can’t do anything, and we’re closed. Convenient for them since it was exactly 1 hour before they closed at 11pm. Needless to say there were no donuts for the wedding reception, and the bride was very disappointed.
Not to mention the other times I had been there, they would be out of donuts, broken machines, and very dismissive customer service. Absolutely terrible management.

Ordered online through the app. My order was ready and correct when I got there. Staff was friendly. You could understand what was being said over their drive-thru speaker. (which is rare for all restaurant drive-thru’s.)

I like doughnuts (duh, who doesn’t). I decided to get a treat for my family and myself and pick up some. I downloaded, signed up and used the app to order and pay. I thought it would be quicker to do that since it is already a 20-minute Drive. With construction and lane closures today it turned out to be more of a 35 minute drive. When I got there I had to wait in line because my order was not on the table where the other pickup orders were. It wasn’t a big deal since there was only one person in front of me but when I made it to the counter and asked for my order it had not even been made yet. So I guess there was no real point to me even using the app.

It’s 8:23 AM and the employees are insides and closing all the doors , no drive thru , I try hardly to call them from outside but they ignore.
