I just went through this Tim’s about 5 minutes ago. Ya all, look at this. How in the world can someone look at this bagel an think yo them selves, yea, that’s proper to hand out to a customer. I could NEVER! I’m this upset cause this has happened to many times. If the person is new and just learning, I get it, and I forgive you, but to the ones that have experience and know this isn’t the way you should give a bagel out to a paying customer. Thank you!!!

The service here is the best Ive seen in any Tim Hortons. The employee who served me was polite, friendly and fast. Despite being busy with a lot of customers I was very impressed with how organized the staff were and how well they worked as a team. I would highly recommend this location!

This location should take themselves off Skip the Dishes. 68 mins to wait for 2 coffees. Skip tells me it’s because restaurant is busy.. Half the time they aren’t available on Skip. Why bother? It’s just pure frustration ordering from here.

Just went to the location there was no staff for the front counter and three staff were busy with drive thru and I called “Hello anyone here for the front” nobody replied! After 3-4 minutes one girl came to front did not say anything to me that someone will come and help u shortly, but she called the guy he came from the back room! Customer service is poor! They did not say sorry for the delay.

This is my favourite Tim’s in the area for product but they design of the drive thru plus how busy it is makes it not worth it not to mention it closes way to early. I mostly go down the street to the next Tim’s a minute away.

Absolutely disgusted with the behaviour of the staff here, went through drive thru could not understand the person talking so I said excuse me then they said OH my god , and then they asked for my order so I said my order she proceeded to say oh my god 2 more times I paid for my coffee didn’t take it and drove away because I was in shock with how rude I was treated! Like sorry I’m inconveniencing your job did not feel welcome

I had lunch at Tim’s. I had a sandwich combo, which included, a coffee and 1 side item, I chose a tea biscuit. The roast beef sandwich was warm, and very good. The staff were friendly.

I come here almost every morning to get a tea and I just think about how lovely the morning staff are, so polite and all food is always made perfectly and very quickly ! Thanks for always making my morning a good start

Ordered a breakfast sandwich on an enish muffin. Half of the top side of the emglish muffi was missing. Looks like it got torn off in the toaster and they didn’t care and used it for my sandwich.

This tim hortons is brand new with lots of space and in area that feels open . In addition everything tastes better then any Tim Hortons I have ever been. Service excellent as well 5 stars is not enough.
