We ordered online through the app and picked up at this drive thru location. My coffee was wrong, so I politely asked the girl behind the counter (with long red hair) to remake my coffee the way I initially ordered it. She rolled her eyes and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Had a demeaning tone of voice and acted as if I was in the wrong somehow. I will not be returning to this location if she is working. That was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the rest of the staff was delightful and very friendly/welcoming. But she sucks big time.

Very nice Dunkin. Smaller than normal, but a nice spot to pop in and grab a coffee and a muffin. Less busy than other locations like Hillsborough Road.

Only been here once because it is new and it was great. Most Dunkin’ Donuts have a reputation for having non fresh donuts. But the one time I went to this store it was great and had fresh donuts. I have heard that the coffee is good. The store is very clean but I mean it’s new so we will see if it stays clean. They have good workers there to. I recommend this to anyone who likes a good donut.

I went thru the driveway for a sweet peach tea, a double chocolate cake donut and some hash browns for breakfast. The line moved very fast. The peach teach tasted very flavorful. They don’t give you very many hash browns. I guess because they are $0.99. I had more ketchup than hash browns. Donut was fresh and good.

Big fan of Dunkin’ donuts. They have the softest breaded donuts I’ve ever had and I love the donut holes”chocolate please lol. And the breakfast is affordable and outstanding big fan of the sausage egg and cheese croissants ☀️

I went to this store for the first time since it opened and I was very excited. Just to be let down completely. I had to wait for 20 minutes and I was the only one in line. There is no list of donuts on the menu. I had the list on my phone because there were certain ones I wanted. I asked for a Bavarian Kreme, a Bismark, crullers and a long John. The person didn’t know what I was talking about. I finally asked for a mixed dozen. We ended up throwing half of them out because we didn’t like the flavors. If the drive through is going to be so difficult, then maybe they should have a laminated print out showing all the donuts that a person could point to so they can get the ones they want. Actually, they should follow their competitors and show pictures of the different donuts with descriptions of what is in them or what type of frosting and decorations.

I went here today at 2:25pm and went through the drive through. The person taking my order was not patient and was rude and just exasperated. I had questions about a drink and they were not willing to help. Customer service was a zero.

Nothing bad to say about this place. People this could be a great establishment. These people work hard to make their customers happy ..Some are still learning..just be patient with them. My croissant was on point and must say ..my latte and husbands coffee was perfect ..couldn’t have had a better first experience..Thank you for the dedicated team work you guys ..keep up the good work.
