This Tim’s is a hidin gem as it is very small and kind of hidden in a plaza. Down the road 2 minutes they have a stand alone Tim’s everyone goes to it it’s always busy. So I chose to skip it and come here and always get way faster service. The only bad part is most things I’ve gotten like bagels have been burnt so make sure you ask if you like things not so crispy.

Overall it’s good but I just ordered a cbr wrap with the slow cooked chicken, I asked for slow cooked and got grilled, but the really confusing part is that it had jalapenos for some reason?

It would be amazing if they knew the difference between milk and cream. I don’t know how to be any clearer unless i write it out. This is the 7th time they gave me cream instead of milk. Its so irritating.

Staff is rude, doesn’t listen to orders correctly, will then deny that you said what you ordered, constant drive-thru lineups avoid this location if you want your stuff made right

Used the drive through at this location. The line, although not long, moved very slow on this visit. When I ordered, I had to repeat myself several times. It was not a complicated order, only 4 steeped tea’s all with 2 milk. There may have been new staff being trained and this is not the normal at this location, so I would go back again.
The Reformer
I come here practically every day on my way to work if I’m not running late, they always have the walk ways cleared of snow and even when the line inside is all the way through the building I never find myself waiting more than 10-15 minutes. I hear the staff can’t get tips, which is a shame since I imagine they work all day and the fast food industry is taxing on people. You’re all trying hard, good work!
Tim’s food isn’t great, it’s not inedible, but I always find the stuff at Coffee Time down the road to taste better, but unfortunately that is far too out of the way for me. Whoever makes the wraps and stuff in the morning is great e-e

On Thursday September 23 rd I went threw the drive threw and Ordered a med coffee 2 milk also a med Tea bag in 2 milk 1 sugar, left when I got to the location to drink the Tea it had 2 Cream , So on my way back I stopped to see if they would exchange it for the tea with milk and sugar . There were 2 Supervisors at the locked door ,As I was walking up to the door they both took off. I knocked on the glass and the one turned and looked at me and continued on his way. Very,Very poor customer service, I understand why the door has to be locked dew to the new law that come out.But at least acknowledge the customer at the door .
