Went in today for some hot, fresh donuts after work & boom! The light was on!!! Got a dozen hot donuts, drove home and they still were soft and warm. The smell alone is enough to make your mouth water!!! Employee was nice and pleasant as well.

If I could give 0 stars i would. Literally just left and my donuts look sad. Not only are they not light and fluffy but the service was terrible. The girl on the speaker was so rude I wanted to drive off. If my kid wasn’t so dead set on donuts I would have. And then we get them and I don’t even think they’re cooked right bc they definitely don’t look like traditional Krispy Kreme don’t come here

I seen these lovely pictures of cinnamon rolls online on the left. Long story short I went to get some of course and the ones they sold me looked like they came off Wish. SMH! The donuts looked just as bad so I took them back and the manager said it was my fault because I should’ve checked them before I pulled off. I was gone for about 15 minutes before I noticed how they looked and they didn’t want to give my money back. Very bad customer service. These are clearly a mess and I will not be returning.

Family from out of state is visiting. They want Krispy Kreme as it is not common up north. Let me just get 12 glazed donuts. Easy enough order.
“We won’t have glazed donuts until 6-7 p.m.” was the response. Nothing else said. . It’s almost 5 p.m. come on. That’s ridiculous. It’s a donut shop. I understand you make them fresh. And yet you are completely out of donuts? That makes absolutely no sense

Won’t answer doors. Doors locked during business hours but employees will not give explanation. Donuts taste like they are from the day before.
6 employee vehicles in the parking lot yet they keep the doors locked so you cannt come in. Is this normal??

Today we decided to go pick up a dozen of the Holiday Dozen on Fourth of July. At 7:45 am they told us they did not have any. The employee stated he would have a dozen in 30 min. Also be sure to ask for the free dozen of glazed when purchasing a dozen. Upon return 45 min later we were again informed they did not have any of the special. They will not have any for another hour.
To advertise for a special on a holiday, a business should have available the advertised doughnuts. The same happened at this location on Memorial Day.

The two months I have went to this location to get email specials for my wife. They are always out. The place is dirty and the employees are extremely rude. Go to Bartlett Donut Shop just around the corner, 2731 on Bartlett Blvd. Great Donuts and great family owned business.

Service could’ve been better. There was only two employees. One seemed as if she didn’t want to be bothered and the other working the drive thru walked outside to smoke and talk on the phone instead of helping to get customers out of the store. She could’ve rang customers up on the drive thru cash register just to help get the line down. Longer than normal wait time.

The worst location. Rude workers, door is always locked during business hours. They refuse to list off their other donut flavors in the drive through (not my problem if you keep the doors locked). Donuts are always dry.
