This location is great and easily accessible! They always have plenty of variety’s available with great customer service. Super quick in and out on donuts. A plus is the kiosk outside in case you just want to put your order in with no help. I definitely recommend this location.

The donuts were great, as usual, but I think the employees need some more training on how to make coffee. I ordered a caramel iced coffee and this is what I got. This isn’t watered down from ice melting, this is how it looked when I got it. It’s straight-up water and flavoring. I’m not sure if there’s any more than a drop of actual coffee in here. I’m just not sure how somebody was able to look at this and say, “Yup! Looks good to me!”

It’s great to visit Krispy Kreme ! Next to the corporate offices is this beautiful big factory/store ! You can find fresh donuts , see the process , buy merchandising and get to know a little bit more about this popular donuts from NC! The famous round window allows you to take a look at the process while you enjoy your donuts, you can also buy Krispy Kreme merchandising if you are a real fan and if you are lucky maybe use the donut vending machine outside the building!

I had a great experience today @ 4pm I was greeted with a smile. The young lady was patient with me. I had no idea what I wanted. There were so many amazing things there. Her customer service was amazing. The young man was cleaning the area. Me and my family loved it

Such an awesome experience. Simply the greatest and most well run Krispy Kreme there is. Whoever is running the place deserves a promotion! The doughnuts were perfect, the merchandise was fun, and the store was so clean.

Donuts are A++as usual. Fresh and awesome! The location is supercool. A converted warehouse. I took it down 1☆ because 1. While my donut order was ready, our coffee were not. Hubby ordered a LG coffee and I ordered a latte with half n half. But they didn’t have enough half n half to make it that way. So I said make it a coffee with half n half then. He had to make the coffee, which, yay us, fresh coffee!
The latte was more money but no compensation was given. I was offered a few shots of espresso. But um, dude, if I wanted espresso I would have not ordered a latte. When we got our coffee it was almost black. Then I noticed the coffee fixing bar with like a ton of half n half on it. Sooooo…..why wasn’t I directed to that? OMG…nobody knows how to do their job anymore. All that said, I felt sorry for the kid because he truly looked clueless like this wasn’t his normal job. And, as always I was very nice to the staff. I just tell it like it is people.❤ Find your joy!

I would have given this store zero stars due to fact that customer service was non existent when I first arrived at the store. I was not greeted nor acknowledged while the cashier walked away and started making milkshakes while a line of 6 people started forming. There was not an “I’ll be with you in a moment” or not even a “Hello”. After waiting for 10 minutes, the saving grace came from the back of the store after there where two other employees doing other tasks that did not even attempt to help us either. I wish I had her name because she is the only reason you have four stars instead of one. She was so friendly and accommodating. My birthday ended on a sweet note because of her. The rest of the employees need to be trained in customer service 101.

I was so excited to find this convenient location to visit after church. However the service has been TERRIBLE each and every time, at least on Sunday’s. Today was my third time going but I give up. They’re not welcoming and they make you feel like you’re bothering them.
The first time I went and though the sign was on they told me they didn’t have any fresh donuts. The cashier seemed to be rushing to get me out of her way but I thought, no big deal they must be having an off day. The second time I went the two young ladies behind the counter were too busy chatting to notice me until one of them finally stopped and asked for what I needed. Today, same story, except the energy felt heavy and unwelcoming, I asked the young lady behind the counter who appeared to be the manager a question and she just pointed to the donuts then walked away, it was clear she didn’t care to know what I was asking. Another young lady stepped in to help me and she appeared nice but I could tell she didn’t have much customer service experience. I also went to look for napkins and the dispensers were empty. Definitely the worse location in Charlotte.

I’m a firm believer in doing the right thing so I’m happy to update my review for this Krispy kreme location. After my last visit I was determined not to come back to this one but I also work close to it and needed an emergency coffee. While my pick up order was not ready and and they didn’t know exactly what drink I had the short wait gave me time to look at the display case and I must say that everything looked awesome and they even had lots of specialty donuts left. Customer service was sufficient. Keep up the good work!
While this Krispy Kreme looks nice and I had a couple good experiences with it, this is the second time it’s been horrible and I’m just going to stick to the Independence and Concord locations. You’re currently running a doughnut special but don’t have everything available and what you do have looks HORRIBLE and this was a gift that I ordered gift wrap for and didn’t receive it…I give up!

FALSE ADVERTISING! I expect that if the place has their HOT sign illuminated at that moment, their machine is cranking out HOT glazed donuts. I go inside and there’s NOTHING on their donut conveyor belt! They said 30 minutes until HOT ones are available! WHAT THE HECK!!! Not acceptable. I’m sure their corporate wouldn’t like that. At least they should turn off their HOT light until they are available. Is that too much to ask? Now, while waiting at 8:34pm I am told they ARE NOT GOING TO HAVE ANY MORE HOT donuts AT ALL TONIGHT! Not cool. Lame management!
