My fiancé and I go here often and we actually haven’t experienced many issues at this location. The staff is usually pretty friendly, but notably the management has been great and helpful. If anything sometimes the coffee isn’t consistent (like too much creamer or not enough). But other than that they’ve been great.

Usually understaffed and not great service. Tried using the kiosk, added items to cart and got to the checkout and it wouldn’t let me pay. No one in the store acknowledged I was in the store until I asked for help. If the kiosk is broken, you need to have someone at the register taking orders. It’s common sense service. Also put a sign on the kiosk if it’s broken so people don’t waste 10 min trying to use it. The entire service industry is terrible post Covid.

Usually the service here is pretty good, but today was flat out unacceptable.
I entered the store after realizing my order wasn’t made correctly. So I went in to ask if it could be corrected, the cashier was kind about it, and went to the back to talk to whom I assume is some kind of supervisor. Then the supervisor comes out and harshly says “we’ll remake it for you this time, but next time you need to order it correctly.” Taken aback, I explained how I didn’t specify cold foam in my order because the menu item ordered had ‘cold foam’ in the title, so I thought that would be automatic.
Then she made eye contact with me, said nothing, rudely turned around, and walked away, not even acknowledging what I said.
I understand we all have things going on, and I don’t pretend to know what else this supervisor had been dealing with, but being rude and dismissive to customers is inexcusable.

Don’t order through the kiosk.
I walked into dunking a little after 6:50 this morning and was not greeted by an employee. Judging by the kiosk they had by the register I assumed it was a self service type ordering situation now which I don’t mind. After a while some employee mentions to other employees that I’m here rather just just greet me themselves. Whatever. I place my order through the kiosk and get my iced coffee quickly. Granulated sugar at the bottom but that makes sense, sugar doesn’t dissolve easily in cold water so no points off there. I sit in the lobby and wait 30 minutes for my dozen donuts and hear nothing. I get up to ask a young lady for the status on my donuts and she asks me “why didn’t you let me know?” I’m taken aback because they knew I ordered a coffee so how wouldn’t they know I ordered donuts? I don’t know if this is an ignorance on my part or whether the Dunkin’ ordering system genuinely prevents them from seeing my full order but I’m very frustrated that I was asked that question by the employee. Very apologetically I received my donuts after my 30 min wait but can’t help but wonder if I am the only customer who had this issue. The donuts and coffee are fine but man, something needs to change with their kiosk if I have to place an order through the tablet and then basically place it again to get my donuts.
TLDR : don’t use the kiosk and ask an employee to place your order.

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. Once leaving the drive-through and getting home to find out my food is burnt to the point that it’s not edible. This last time I call the store. They tell me to come tomorrow and they will make it right. I get there the following day and the people working have no idea what I’m talking about.

I paid for blueberry filled donut holes I got home had all plain donut holes. Will never stop there again on Sept 1st 2022

Always out of donuts that are our favorite…lemon, chocolate filled, sour cream, vanilla filled. Should bake extras..oh well we keep stopping by.

Everytime we visit this location, we have an issue. We have started going in instead of ordering through the drive through because of this. The cashier is the most accommodating person there, however the individuals who make the drinks and sandwiches are less helpful.
My wife’s coffee is never made correctly. Sometimes the use granulated sugar instead of liquid sugar, other times they do not properly ice it.
I order a Vanilla Chai, and ask for two large cups of ice so I can ice it myself. I always tell them they can charge me whatever they want for the ice – but it’s an issue EVERY time. Most of the time someone walks over and tells me I absolutely cannot order large cups of ice. Even if I am being charged. Why?
On my last visit they agreed to charge me for a bottle of water and then gave me the cups of ice. On this visit it was even on the receipt and they didn’t give it to me.
I can walk into Chick-Fil-A and buy a 5lb bag of ice for $3. I am willing to pay the same so I can have my drink they way I want it at DD.
Why is this an issue, especially when I have clearly said I will pay whatever it costs for cups/ice?
We we’re happy to have a Dunkin’ so close since moving here from NY, however each visit is a disappointment.

95% of time food will not be made until I walk in and ask for it. Ordered on the app today for donuts. Pretty simple thing I would think. Walked in wasn’t made. Decided to go to the drive thru to pick up. Order wasn’t ready. Ordered the food at 10:20. At 11 wasn’t ready and wanted me to pull around.
If it wasn’t every time I’ve gone there I wouldn’t leave a review.
Don’t know if dunkin doesn’t have working printers for orders or what.

Very polite and gave me great suggestion on a drink. Doughnuts where fresh and my son loved his with some hot chocolate. The location was very clean and we enjoyed our food in the outdoor seating. Will definitely be using this location a lot.
