Krispy Kreme Donuts really aren’t my go-to donuts when I’m craving donuts. However, we received a coupon for a FREE dozen and just had to cash it in. I mean, who doesn’t like free food, right?
We went through the drive-thru really fast. The cashier was friendly, thanked us, and handed us the warm dozen. When we got home, the box of donuts was still warm and tasted fresh and delicious.
I recommend this location for friendly, fast service, and fresh donuts.

I just got the dozen. All of donuts looked so old. The reason that I love the Krispy is “fresh” and “soft”. But all of donuts were not fresh.(the red sign was on) look at the shape. The donuts were too hard to bite!!!!!
The cashier overcharged. They did not know what promotions they offered. Even, they did not know how to refund. So horrible experience. Bye Krispy Frisco.

Glazed donuts. I’m currently sitting in the parking lot and This is my 2nd visit. The website indicated that there were hot donuts and so I drove a couple of miles To pick up a dozen. There’s a banner inside it says “hot donuts now”. When I walked up to the counter I could see that the machinery was not moving and that there were no hot donuts. I asked the girl at the counter about it and she said if they did not have any hot donuts. What a waste of time

they need to figure out a better system with their drive-thru times. there’s no reason 1 car should be sitting at the window for over 10 minutes, how long does it take to put donuts in a box?

Come on Krispy Kreme!!!! Since when are your donuts not warm and soft? It almost tasted like it was refrigerated. To make matters worse, I was on a Donut date with my two younger sons and as we sat there it was apparent they hadn’t pulled out a broom or mop any time in months. If I could have posted a pic you could have enjoyed the sprinkle, crumbs, and random bugs in the corners. So needless to say I’ll have to drive a little farther to get our sugar fix.

I like the fresh original glazed donuts here so I make sure I enter only when the hot light is on. Rest all other flavors are ok and drinks are average. The place is neat and tidy but I felt the staff was mean and definitely needs to get better. All Krispy Kreme’s offer you a fresh glazed donut when the hot light is on but here they choose their audience. They were offering donuts to some people and not everyone. A couple ahead of us were offered the sample donuts but no donuts to us and to the family behind us who also had a kid with them.

Tasty chain and good location off 289 (locally, Preston). Stopped in on St. Patrick’s and got some green donuts- they always do seasonal stuff. Some of the best original glazed I’ve had!

The Good:
Delicious donuts, obviously!
Location is very clean and staff is very friendly.
The Bad:
$1 for a single regular donut is a bit much. I could understand $1 for a specialty donut, but not for a plain glazed donut.
The Ugly:
They don’t have dairy free creamer.
Recommendations:
International Delight and Coffee Mate both make good dairy free creamer. Highly recommend that for the coffee.
50¢ glazed donuts would fly off the shelves!

The donuts we got were for Valentine’s Day. They were not fresh, but the drive thru was very quick and efficient. I would go back here even though my donuts were not fresh. Also, the sign said fresh and hot. However, we didn’t get the normal glazed donuts.
