Went out of my way to go to DD for an iced coffee and donut. When I asked for a frozen coffee with almond milk, which is an option on the menu, I was told by the guy at the counter that he couldn’t make that bec it’s an allergen and he’d have to clean out his whole machine. If that’s the case, then why is it an “option?” In addition, I came twice last week and had no problem with my order. So…did I pay for an not get the almond milk last week? Or is he just being difficult?
In addition, wanted a Boston cream donut and all they had were a few basic types. Had to walk out with a glazed. Very disappointed.

I had to literally butter my own bagel. Girl tells me “its new butter” I’m sorry do you want butter on side?? $15. An hour can you at least train them to butter a bagel please. Forget the fact but you have a minimal don’t selection and of course they didn’t hear coffee so had to ask 3x and pay again. It’s not hard girls. If you do this how are you going to function in real life?? Never will I go there again. Why would I? They don’t make the donuts there. They order them. A real disgrace to the dd chain

Out of half of the donuts I ordered online prior to even arriving at the store. Take the option offline if you don’t have them or can’t keep up making them. The guy in front of me was also told they were out of the ones he had ordered. This was at 9:00am. How are we out of long johns, a crowd favorite by 9am. Frustrated.

Came in on a Sunday with my dad, we were rushed in and out. Shirt girl with dark hair, fake tan & lash extensions was super rude. You’re not so important that you can’t be kind. Selection was picked over, donuts were honestly nasty & didn’t taste fresh. Would rather go to the one on Merle Hay.

Sadly have been here before and loved the caramel latte. Today went through drive through, I asked for a hot half calf Carmel latte and they had it iced. After an eye roll from the gal at the window came back and put my order sticker on a maybe decaf? Regular coffee. Wasted 4 bucks on a regular coffee and I can’t be certain if there is caffeine or not. Ruined my previous, good experience.

The staff always put a smile on my face. They are friendly and its apparent they love thier jobs. The food is fresh and delicious. The resturant is clean. To top off everything they offer senior discounts. What are you waiting for go give them a try.
