We came on a Saturday morning. The staff was so friendly & helpful. The store is so cute. We tried the chocolate pie, pecan roll, cream cheese cinnamon roll, glazed cinnamon roll. We loved everything. The glazed roll was probably the least favorite, but he still cleaned his plate. The pie was one of the best we had ever tasted. We arrived just after 10 & they were already sold out of a lot of stuff.

My first time to the shop and so far I can say it was a very pleasant experience. We were helped right away, ambiance is soft and serene. Portion sizes are above average which makes the price definitely worth the extra calories. For four items…about $20 and some change after taxes; I was impressed that we got an extra cookie for our first visit…big, soft, and chewy yummy goodness. The lemon bar is good…not very tart-more on the sweetness end and the shortbread crust is very thick. Next time I will try the scones as they did mention they have quite a few flavor pairings to choose from.

This is the most irresponsible thing I’ve eaten in quite some time, but my God this cinnamon bun is amazing and HUGE. Literally the size of a dinner plate. Espresso machine was busted when I went so that’s a bummer. Reg coffee was pretty good though. EVERYTHING behind the glass looked AMAZING. Guys working were very cool, and surprisingly not obese working at this bakery 100% would return if I’m in Vegas again

Just got a lemon bar, a scone and a cinnamon roll and OMG!! This is incredible! Soft, tasty, flavored… you got it all! For a morning American sweets breakfast, this is clearly a place to go. Period!

We had been following Humboldt Sweets on Instagram for quite some time and decided to travel 2044 miles to sample their treats. Oh my gosh…SOOOO WORTH THE TRIP! We visited on a Thursday and dined on one of the GIANT cinnamon rolls. The furniture and decor are so pretty and homey. The staff in there is extraordinary. We got the chocolate cake, the chocolate peanut butter cupcake and the blueberry streusel cake to go. The cupcake was devoured as soon as we got back to the hotel. The chocolate cake and blueberry streusel traveled all the way back to Florida with us. That chocolate cake….ughhhh….best everrrrrr! The blueberry cake is divine! We can’t wait to go back!

The best cinnamon roll I’ve had in my entire life was the monster cinnamon roll from Humboldt. I could only eat half. The second best cinnamon roll I’ve had in my life… was the next day when I ate the second half. Someday I will visit and order one of everything on the menu.

Wow. I happened to pass by and craving sweets. I grabbed a bread pudding and strawberry cupcake to go. Let’s just say I am coming back and buying the whole stock. The bred pudding is made of cinnamon rolls and it is soooo delightful even a day later. The strawberry cupcake was perfectly moist and airy. Both were not overly sweet. A wonderful place. Definitely come visit and grab something or everything!

Bought several items (HUGE cinnamon roll, carrot cake, lemon bar, and an apple something??) and they’re ALL good! Can’t show all of the 4-layer carrot cake cuz I ate half already (OMG IT WAS GREAT!!) but here’s the rest and everything else I bought. Also, as a first time customer, my salesperson threw in a toffee bar! How awesome is that! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here!

Founded in Humboldt County California, there is a good chance Food Network fans first heard about Humboldt Sweets on Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, but since late-2019 the Bakery owned by Tammy and Tony Pichulo has called Henderson home after re-opening its doors inside Coronado Canyons Center at the corner of Green Valley and Horizon Ridge Parkway.

Family-owned and operated, Tammy responsible for the recipes with daughter Hannah frequently offering a helping hand, Humboldt Sweets currently operates from 8:00am until 3:00pm Thursday through Sunday, though early arrival is recommended as more popular items tend to sell out quickly.

Already baking well before sunrise, better-than-average Ingredients and plus-size portions commanding prices that run a bit higher than other like-concepts, small batches combine with classic technique to yield several-dozen choices that change daily, though the now-famous Cinnamon Roll and Caramel Pecan cousin are universally present and worth every cent/calorie thanks to soft spirals sopping with Butter plus or minus Frosting.

Relocated to the Las Vegas suburb as it is Tony’s hometown, and making quick fans of locals with everything from Quiche to Candy, additional treats include baked “Donuts” loaded with Custard and creamy Cheesecake in either classic New York Style or blended with Chocolate.

Not a place to count calories, but well-suited for families or friends looking to share something sweet, consider it fortunate if Tammy’s Banana Cake is still available after 10:00am, and speaking of Cake, do not pass on what may just be the Valley’s best Carrot version thanks to bold spices and plenty of Walnuts beneath a thin layer of sweet yet tangy Cream Cheese.

The only complaint is that they aren’t open 10 days a week. This place is the REAL DEAL. Not only is everything that I’ve tried on the menu amazing, but they change their offerings and add new flavors and amazing Confections all the time. Just when I think I’ve tried everything in the case several times over they surprise me with something new and amazing. The service is as sweet as the food and maybe even more so. The staff takes the time to explain not only what the item is but it’s characteristics as well. The only complaint I have is that they aren’t open more days a week. I’m hopeful that if we continue to support them overwhelmingly, that they will expand their business hours!
