Careful if you order a coffee then pull up to the window and they say they’re ‘out of cream’. Not only do they have cream, but they’ll scam you out of more money like its your fault that they’re a coffee shop who doesn’t know how much cream to order.
Got scammed out of an additional $2.19 at the window just to get a splash of cream of cream in a tiny cup on the side… Not to mention they lied about being ‘out of the little cups’ when I’d asked – mysteriously found some though once I had to pay more.
I go and purchase coffee everyday on lunch and this Dunkin is right down the street. They don’t realize how much future revenue they just lost just so they could get their $2.19…enjoy ladies.

Drive thru is horrible. Speaker is new but low and can’t be heard. Order was all wrong, ordered and paid for a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Got home and pulled out a bagel with cream cheese. Donuts were thrown in bag with the icing facing up and other down so the icing came off one. Absolutely horrible experience, staff doesn’t seem to care about anything and appears bothered by you showing up. Only one woman and I apologize I didn’t get her name was polite and caring. Just drive farther to the eastern one it’s operation is much better.

I came through the drive thru this morning and I ordered a coffee and two breakfast wraps. The coffee had way to much cream. I also asked for an ice water and they said they don’t have ice water. They didn’t specify what part of ice water isn’t available but it’s terrible customer service and that’s the first and last time I will go there. I would have paid a small fee for ice water but that isn’t offered.
