Dunkin’ Donuts is the best since my days on Dublin Granville Columbus Ohio…to 20st Huntington WV to bay pines Madeira beach. Pricing always great! Love the coconut chillers! Love the donuts and loving the ice water atm

The service is good but they don’t know what they are doing. The last few times I have ordered a iced cappuccino and they give me a iced latte. Need to teach the staff better. This is a management problem.

We were visiting the area & stopped to order 2 breakfast croissant sandwiches & 2 coffees. The sandwiches were the worst we ever had, the croissants were dry, rock hard & cold. Not sure what the issue was as we’ve never encountered this issue at any Dunkin. Coffee was good though.

We ordered delivery twice while on vacation, they messed up our order both times. The first time they forgot part of the order. The second time they forgot an item on the order. The first time the Uber driver offered to go back and get what they forgot. The second time we did not notice the missed item until we sat down to eat. When I called the store they said I would have to go there to get it. They could not put a credit on my credit card. Will not order from them again!!

Never again to this location. Workers not taking orders through the drive thru. Was behind someone else the wound not take their order as well, customer left after waiting 10-15 minutes. I waited 10… saying hello to get someone to take my order, no one answered. Drove around and see workers(slackers) goofing off! Place needs to be shut down!!

Corporate needs to pay this store a visit. Since I work close, I stop by at least 1 or 2 times per week since they opened. Believe it or not, there were probably 5 times that I had good service and quality food. They are ALWAYS messing up. This morning, I went into the store and waited a few minutes. 1 person in the store waiting for food and nobody in the drive through. I let a few minutes go by and nobody even said hell. Even though there were 4 employees running around. I ordered an everything bagel, toasted with cream cheese. I receive a plain bagel. I see the nice green doughnuts on the sign , so I ordered a dozen of them. When I got to the office and opened them up. This is what I got…. Pictures are worth a thousand words. If someone from DD does not respond to this post and wow me, I have visited your store for the last time and will let everyone know my experiences in your place.

Corporate seriously needs to pay this location a visit and do some thinking about whether it should keep its doors open. If they can’t find anyone decent to work here it probably would be best if they closed it for good.
First of all, the wait time to order was around 15 minutes even though the store only had two other customers waiting. When we finally got our drinks, one of them (chai latte) had an off taste as though the milk had gone rancid. We had to throw it away because it was completely inedible. My iced latte was ok, though.
The craziest thing is that when we tried to exit the store all of the doors had been locked. It seemed for some reason they didn’t want any other customers entering the store.
If you want a coffee, just go to the Starbucks on the other side of the Walmart. Waste of money.

They had only choc donut holes, and no French cruellers.. she said they don’t carry those. I asked about 3 other donuts and they didn’t have those either. I’ll never be back.
