Got through there quickly and the girls are nice. Though barely any cream cheese on my bagel. Might as well have just ordered a dry bagel. Coffee tastes watered down a bit

When I order iced coffee they practically fill it with cream and a splash of coffee. It’s literally white and doesn’t look like it has coffee at all. I even ordered with just one cream and it came out the same way. It taste like a cup full of sugar milk. This morning I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and they skipped the bacon. They gave me donuts instead of a muffin about a month ago.

Absolutely a crazy experience. I was surprised to see that it was bring your kids to work day today! It was like a concert was happening behind me while I was ordering. There were guys sleeping inside the Dunkin’ and I was concerned with their behavior. The facility was a train wreck. Not sanitary at all. Our food came out the bagel was burnt and the sandwich was not even hot. Pretty cold.

I always order ahead online and pick up my order in the drive through. I usually order a drink and 1-2 food items. Every time I pull up to get my order they hand me my drink and then close the window and walk away. Then after I sit and wait for a few minutes they come out and ask “are you waiting on something else?” and I always tell them yes, there is more to my order. Idk why they never have my complete order made–if they can get my drink right how are they not seeing the rest of my order? I have gone 10 times in the past 2 months and every time they never give me my full order initially, I always have to wait at the window for them to come back and ask me what I’m waiting on. Also–there have been many times where they are out of everything I have ordered. I know later in the day they usually start running out of things but even when I go early in the morning they are out of stuff. Getting food here is such a hassle, I will probably start to go somewhere else, it is getting frustrating.

I’m here every single day for the same exact drink. They know my order but they never greet me. I order thru the app mostly so they see my name daily. Often times the staff seems like they hate their job. I go here because it’s walking distance from home.

Awful location. Employees don’t say a word to greet you no matter if you walk in or order in drive through. I recently didn’t get my credit card when paying and when I walked back in they just handed me a credit card without asking my name or for my ID. I do not recommend for any customers to go to this location.

I ordered a tomato pesto grilled cheese and a sourdough breakfast sandwich and was told they were out of sourdough. Constance was very rude and rushed me while I tried to figure out what else I wanted. I opted for two sausage egg and cheese croissants instead and one was burnt and one was a bagel. So basically, this location is out of stock of major items, staff (Constance) is extremely rude, and the items they do have will be prepared incorrectly. Avoid this location.

Dunkin’s coffee is really good. The quality of the donuts has definitely gone down in recent years. They didn’t have the greatest selection when I went at around 1130

I have been getting iced coffee from Dunkin for 30 years and I’ve never had it taste so gross and wrong that I had to throw it out. And I was really looking forward to it….The coffee had a sour and burnt taste. Soooo disappointing!!!
