Bagels were fine. The help was inefficient. I don’t care how hammered you were yesterday, and I certainly don’t want to wait for you to check your cell phone for messages while you are NOT picking my order.

The food is always good but it was sad to see all of the indoor tables completely removed so no one could sit inside. The pandemic is over. I miss seeing the old regulars that would sit there all morning. It’s like they’re trying to make their business fail on purpose.

Ordering was a bit confusing and menu boards are too small.pwople are used to coming in and ordering then stepping down to pay. Your associate dont do that and the WILL let you stand there without telling you.

Had a bagel sandwich with bacon and eggs and it was good. The bagel tasted more like a bun then a bagel but it was still yummy and short wait time for being short staffed. Thanks!
