3 Strikes and out for this place. 3 times out of very popular items and staff seem dumbfound staying silent as if you should pick another item yet don’t help suggest anything. Also when you tell them strawberry frosted, they can’t seem to distinguish between that flavor and chocolate…And today was final straw, over toasted bagel, hard to eat, tears up the roof of your mouth kind of burnt…

Very disappointed. Although the coffee is fantastic,, My egg and cheese croissant was stale and lukewarm even though I stood there and watched them make it. My donut was stale. I will continue to buy their coffee but definitely not their food.

I come to this location every morning for coffee. Lately they have been making many mistakes and taking longer and longer to get people through the line. Today I watched them remake my cold brew 4 times. It took over 12 mins just to get my coffee. All employees were chatting away and laughing and not getting the line moving. Very disappointed with the customer service I have been seeing.

Unwelcoming environment, staff took orders, confirmed, and still prepared it wrong. Coffee was speedy but the food took ages to receive, and they never called out the order number so we had to guess which one was ours. Overall, unsatisfied.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich but mistakenly said baccon. I corrected it right away and the drive thru worker got an attitude and still gave me the wrong order. They charged me for the sausage egg and cheese sandwich but didn’t bother to put the correct one in the bag.

I did not care for this Dunkin at this location.
I got bad service with attitude and the drink wasn’t made the way it is at the location on state road even though I ordered it the same as always.
Maybe it was just a bad day for these guy’s idk!
I’ll stay with the location on state road they don’t have attitudes

From out of town. Visited here several times. Not consistent with coffee pours. Sometimes it’s filled, sometimes it’s not. Just depends on who you get. My money, though, is green all the time. I don’t like inconsistency.

Good safety and cross contamination should be discuses within the job orientation and training. The lady behind the counter who had gloves on while handling money then proceeded with the same gloves on to get donuts might need a reminder on the purpose of gloves. Not sure why this was a good idea.
