I use to be a GM for Dunkin’. Loved the experience, love the coffee. There hasn’t been one near me for years and one finally opened up. You have no idea how excited I was, but to my disappointment, my experience has been such that I won’t go to another one again. I said that to myself a month ago, but decided to try again today, and FAIL!!

First of all, I dont like going thru drive thru, but half the time the lobby is locked and Ive even been locked inside of the lobby while ordering during mid day. Second, the drive thru is not long enough to lock the lobby and not majorly obstruct traffic and create unsafe situations. Y’all are loosing sales! Third, I stopped getting donuts at this location because they’re often stale and cold…which is wierd. Like, the cake donuts are cold in the center. Not a good look. But I was content with just getting coffee.

Now, I’ve gone twice for coffee, through the drive thru (cause I have no choice), and both times it has been a huge disappointment. The first time I ordered a hot coffee and the bottom of the coffee was warm-ish but the top was cold….no steam at all. It was like an old cup of coffee that someone added flavors to. I went back through the drive thru and was definitely treated like an inconvenience. There was no one in front or behind me. Not a peak time. They didn’t want to take my coffee back…wanted me to keep it but I didn’t have room in my car. When I was handed the replacement, the cashier asked if I wanted to taste it to see if it was made right this time. Like, did he hear me at all? It was cold. I told him I didn’t need to taste it cause I can see the steam, unlike the previous coffee.

Now today! I ordered a large coffee…asked for extra caramel swirl, blueberry and cream. The order taker put 4 on the screen and I asked her if she could please put 6. She said yes, but her tone said “f‐off”. I’m the idiot for not tasting it in drive thru, but I get home and this coffee does not have Carmel swirl. If it does, it has like 1 pump…it’s so bitter and no sweetness. I’ve been drinking the same coffee from Dunkin for years. I use the Carmel swirl instead of sugar. I’m super disappointed.

I have been in the fast food industry for 20yrs. Upper management for 15. I don’t complain, I usually forgive b/c I know what it’s like. But at this point, you need to know this place is very poorly managed. Standards, quality and integrity are moot here.
Where are the managers?? They need to be where they not, because they are not monitoring quality.

So, I will drive an extra 10-15mins for local coffee and donuts. I have and will make it a point to market against going to this establishment cause it’s not a good experience and a waste of money. Word of mouth is the most powerful form of marketing.

Stopped by Dunkin like I do every morning and I said “imma just pull up to the window” and yeah my coffee was ready. The girl who knows my order peaked through the window and was like “good morning!” All cheerful. Definitely the highlight of my week. Much needed too. Great way to start the day!

On national donut day (06/03) at around 11:20 I had the most fantastic service ever, warm food, delicious FREE donut AND! Got talked into the delicious tomato pesto.. if I could rate 10 stars I would.

I would not even give them any stars but the review starts with one. Worse Dunkin I have ever been to. Was a drive threw order. My order was a large regular hot coffee ( had 1 sugar) that’s not a regular coffee, medium iced coffee with 1 and 1, A medium hot coffee 5 and 5 ( had 1 and 1 ) when they passed the order to us the cover was not even on it most of the hot coffee ended up inside the car and down our hand’s.

Didn’t have a good experience here a little after they opened and thought I’d give them another try since they are the closest dunkin to me now since moving to indy. Where I’m from, everyone goes to dunkin so I’ve had almost everything on the menu and I know how things are supposed to taste. I won’t speak on my first coffee from a few months ago but today I rerouted so many times on the way here because of all the chaos going on downtown since it’s Colts game weekend. I almost went farther to another dunkin bc it was so hard to get there but I stuck with it… man I wish I hadn’t. I redeemed a free coffee and got the XL Nutty Coffee. After driving through hoops to get home, my coffee has had time to cool down, I happily go to take my first sip.. and it’s absolutely disgusting. Ruined my whole day. I’m extremely disappointed. That is all. I won’t go here again.

The donuts were almost as stale as the cashiers attitude. Coffee wasn’t bad though! Recommend running to Starbucks in e Washington only about 5 minutes away and great customer service

We’ve made a tradition of going every Sunday since this location has been open. Tradition ended today. 12 minutes to get 3 donuts, with multiple other orders being filled in front of ours who ordered later. Service has been steadily declining over the past two months.
