The donuts are delicious. Our family loves Jack’s Donuts of Carmel, the customer experience is always great. I wish I would’ve gotten her name, but the kind woman who made my mocha iced coffee on the morning of 9/6/22 really took the extra time to ensure it tasted amazing even though a line was starting to form behind me. It was a very rough morning for me, but she was such a gem and made my day so much better.

I like the Jack’s dozen that you can get for $15.50, a dozen donuts and a dozen donut holes..

Can never go wrong if you order Jack’s Donuts. Has a wide variety of options from no toppings to all toppings. Delicious taste. Fast service. Come here time and time again! My favorite is the original glazed.

We visit the place 2 weeks ago. Arrived an hour before closing time. Seemed like donuts were not fresh and they only had probably 5 kinds of donuts. While we were dining in probably at least 10 customers arrived. Never brought fresh donuts from the back.

I pre-ordered for delivery with Grub Hub the night prior. My coffee did not arrive with the donuts. The driver stated “they didn’t give me a coffee.” Not sure what happened, but coffee is important at 8:00 am with 3 children under 10, and your the aunt at a non-coffee home.

The donuts are so fresh. This was my first visit to this place . I will return when we go back to Indy for baseball. My dog enjoyed his cookie.

I love there donuts. They are always fresh. The staff is super nice and very patient. The tiger tail is hands down the best donut for miles. If you are looking for a good donut on the Northside this is the place to be. They open up super early and you are always greeted with a smile.
