Not fresh food.. burnt hash browns .. you’d think if you told the manager that my hash browns were burnt she’d do anything to make the customer feel better instead she said the order was already placed it was made fresh at the time .. but they are burnt … this is the second time this location has done this the first time I didn’t like the way my coffee tasted and again she said it was already made.. if I have a problem with my food anywhere else they would remake I will not be returning to this location bad customer service

Dunkin’Donuts near me.

Dunkin’ Donuts has something to suit everyone’s tastes. Doughnuts, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and hot or iced coffee are on the menu. The world’s largest coffee and baked goods franchise also has a comprehensive menu of sandwiches to satisfy any hunger you may have. ‍♂️

“America’s favorite all-day, everyday stop for coffee, espresso, breakfast sandwiches and donuts. Order your Dunkin’ faves via the drive-thru or order ahead of time with the Dunkin’ mobile app for a fast grab and go experience.”

My visit at this location was a very pleasant one. The cashier was very nice. The inside was fairly clean and not too busy. I had ordered the sourdough sandwich and was going to take a picture of it later on after the airport but unfortunately I had to throw it away along with my large mint tea.

If they would cook my bacon done on my sandwiches or wraps I would go more often. The best cook ever there. ..Got promoted to general manager. Really great for her. But no more good cooking

I’ve been waiting at the counter for over five minutes. Was totally ignored. I understand Covid has presented its challenges but this performance is not reasonable especially since the drive-through is not that busy and they have a minimum of four people working.

Worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. Stayed I wanted iced coffee 3 times and they still gave me hot. Finally when they made the Iced coffee it tasted like they used expired milk. Wake up wrap had no bacon….

So when I looked this place up on Google Maps, it said that it offered take out here. Which usually means that you should be able to go in and order and then take your stuff to go, however when I went there today they were drive-thru only. I also tried to call there earlier to make sure that they were allowing people in, but nobody answered the phone. I find this to be a bit of an inconvenience. Y’all should really change that. Also this place claims to deliver through doordash, however when I went to order from there, they only had 2 donut flavors available. On the bright side the coffee and donuts I got we’re good, but there’s still a lot of work that needs to be done here.

I’ve been to this location twice now and after this second visit, I can assure you there will not be a third. Pulling up to the property, first thing I noticed was how dark the entire building, parking lot and landscape was. The signage lighting was either not turned on or was burnt out. Second thing I noticed was how unclean and dirty the glass door and windows of the entire building was. I don’t think it has been cleaned in months. Going against my better judgement gave notice to how incredibly worn and tired the drive thru ordering kiosk, pathway and window was, which was the third thing I took note of. The fourth thing I noticed which was the nail in the coffin was the quality of the donuts. I’m not sure why I expected them to be anything other than the flavorless, greasy dog biscuits they were. Stale is an understatement, they were just disgusting. The $12 I just spent was irrelevant as I took one bite out of one donut of a dozen and tossed the rest. Go there at your own risk.

Placed a huge order online 25 min before I arrived, but they hadn’t even started on it. I was 20 minutes late to my destination because of it… They also left out two items. I caught one before leaving and had them make it for me, but I didn’t have time to check the entire order. I recommend not bothering with the pre-ordering and just get there about 40 minutes early.
