We went inside of this location this morning just to grab four drinks. We waited for a total of 30 minutes, and the other people that had ordered behind us were getting their drinks already! So they had skipped our order for some reason. I ended up having to get back in line and remind them that we still needed two of our drinks (one of them was a bottled drink)! They just said a simple sorry and another 10 minutes later we were able to leave making us late to an event we needed to be at. The drinks were not great either I got an iced pumpkin chai latte and it’s literally milk with a hint of chai! Not impressed.

Went in for coffee and was immediately hit with a very raunchy rotten smell inside. Waited for a bit, no one was around. Yelled out for someone quite a few times and no answer. No one was inside. Both employees were out hiding in the back by the trash and when we walked outside, they did not acknowledge us at all knowing we were customers and they were not inside to take mine and my families order. They were also very rude and gave looks at us as we were leaving. It seemed like they were waiting to go back inside after we started leaving. Very very bad service and bad experience.

After going almost daily for a few months, I can honestly say this is the greatest Dunkin in the Wichita area.
Absolutely speedy service at the drive thru as well as inside and are always suggesting great things I didn’t even know I wanted. They’re always friendly and personable and leave me satisfied.
The store has a very consistent pace and never makes me wait for long. My drinks almost always come out perfect but on the one recollection they made a mistake, they immediately remedied the error and provided a sincere apology showcasing their outstanding customer service.
They are always fast at the payment window and yet they still ensure to ask me about my day or give me kind words to send me on my way.
The interior is well kept and seems to be fairly consistently cleaned. The employees never have made me wait before, immediately finding the time to take my order.
All in all a wonderful location with outstanding employees and definitely should be your new drink and donut spot!

This is one of the slowest and unreliable drive thru’s I have ever experienced. Taken my wife there multiple times and the line doesn’t move for 5 minutes. Even though they built two Lanes, they only use one and they can’t even manage that right. Not only that, the parking lot is terribly designed and you cannot leave even if the line isn’t moving. Will not go back now that a new coffee shop opened down the road.

Went inside this store at 8:28am. Lady took my order, gave me my change and my donuts and I moved aside to let next cutomer order while I waited for my small decaf coffee. 4 other women were working and 3 of them were there talking and a man was working also. As I waited noone got my decaf coffee for me. When the lady working up front was finished with the customer after me she told one of the other women that I was waiting on my small decaf. The woman had to make a pot as I remained there waiting. She came to counter and told me 2 more minutes for the decaf to finish brewing. Then I sat down to eat and drink my coffee to a dirty table with food crumbs and drink residue on it. I looked around and seen that several tables were dirty as well. Yet there was 6 employees working and the place was filthy. This was my very first time ever going to a Dunkin Donuts at 63 yrs of age and I guess it will be my last.

Always delicious, no surprises. We get the creme filled, we ask for the lemon flavor but guess they didn’t make that anymore. Never unhappy with our choice.

Don’t go here… We mobile ordered (first mistake) and they gave us one drink (even tho I had just told them at the speaker we had two) and it was wrong. I then asked for the second drink and they gave me someone else’s order! Both drinks were completely wrong. I went back the next day to redeem my free drink (through the app) and the worker informed me the machine was broken, but gave me a (not very good) latte instead (I ordered a frozen coffee). Bottom line, don’t go here unless you want the opposite of what you order.

Gave them a few chances but won’t go back. The employees were too busy playing around on the drive thru speaker making animal sounds and watching from the parking lot. When I stuck around for my order (I don’t know why I did) the worker from the lot came back inside to make my drink and was rude that I had inconvenienced her. Other times they were out of every donut I requested. Long waits, rude staff.

I cannot have sugar. Requested sugar free vanilla 2 times. I got regular vanilla. Manager argued with me. Very nasty attitude. Very surprised since it’s a new business. Will probably stick with Starbucks. The restaurant had trash piled up on the counter. Trash can was empty no liner. Tables dirty. I’ve had Dunkin’ coffee multiple times. Never had this kind of experience. Manager needs more training on social skills.

Was very disappointed with the variety of donuts. We were given two options, while the pumpkin donut was pretty good it was the only option we were offered. Didn’t even know they had maple Long John’s or donut until we asked. Not sure if they have anything else.
