I prefer DD coffee flavor over the competitors. I come here frequently. The West Street store is near my home therefore by default this is the preferred store for me in the mornings. It’s my understanding this same store has been used for training new hires across town and for that reason turnover is VERY high and consistency in product is not always there.

I downloaded the DD app. I love the app and the store!! I am sad that they stopped selling the brownies. They were delicious and gluten free. I don’t think they were advertised. But the coffees are amazing!!!

Save your time & money. Go to Starbucks, you’re going to spend the same amount in gas just in the drive through. My mobile order was ready & just sitting there at the window for at least 20 minutes because it was cold. Then sat another 10 waiting for my coffee, which was also just sitting there at the window. I’ve tried to go there multiple times now for the benefit of the doubt but just no. They’ve forgotten items, made them wrong & the service outright is not GOOD. Go to the one on rock road. ♀️

The service is horrible! They’re so slow it doesn’t make any sense! Plus they food isnt fresh and my ice coffees are always wrong! Also let me tell you they might not have what you want either always out of everything!

I miss their glazed chocolate munchkins… all you get anymore is chocolate munchkins minus the glaze. Requested a refund, their answer was…. humidity. Id totally believe that if it weren’t like this EVERYTIME. Went to quiktrip for donuts, guess who still has glaze on their donuts?

They’re always out of donuts, they reduced their menu size for donuts. The bagel bites were cold. Their drinks are way too sweet.

They are always so fast even when I’m running late! Lord knows I can’t get thru church without my coffee lol. I just wish they would wrap the more messy donuts well actually all donuts in something instead of just dropping it in the bag.

Oof. They made us wait 20 min only to tell us they didn’t have the sandwiches we ordered. Gave us a dozen glazed to make up for it but why would I want a ton of donut when I’m out here getting the low cal breakfast sandwich?
