This is seriously the best Dunkin’ in town, heck, the whole state! Every time I come in here the crew is top tier! Their customer service and ability to appease complicated orders is exceptional! My daughter and I have made it a habit to come in on a weekly basis to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. The sitting area and bathrooms are well kept and a fresh stock of donuts is always available. 99/10 recommend!

I go to this Duncan at least once a week. I have had several issues recently. My bagel bites are almost ALWAYS cold in the middle…and my last few Breakfast sandwiches have been luke warm with cold cheese! Never enough ice in my tea either, always half melted Not appealing or worth the almost $15!

This place has gone down the toilet lately! Horrible service. NO donuts at noon! Coffee was full of grounds and not drinkable! The prices have gone up and down depending on who was taking the order or at the window of the drive thru from day to day. Better to go to Starbucks next door. Will be hard to return after our recent visits. I DO NOT recommend this facility. QT or Starbucks is now our “go to.” *Gave it one star simply because it use to be our favorite. Props for the past.

Best Dunkin Donuts location in Wichita! Staff is always friendly in each visit and ordering at drive thru is fast and convenient. I don’t usually go for the food at any coffee chain just the drinks which I always come back for.

Employees were very friendly and courteous. They offer unlimited refills on pretty much any coffee, including speciality coffees. This is a great place to do some reading or work on your computer with no major interruptions. Very calm and cool environment.

As you go into the store the aesthetics are pleasing, however that was all ruined by the pungent smell of old mop water. We ordered several different coffees and two long Johns. Honestly the long Johns were of the same Quality as you would find in your local Wal-Mart or Kroger store. The coffee had a robust taste and was slightly bitter. The Carmel latte is not sweet for those who like a more coffee latte it would be great. For those who like a sweeter drink with not as much coffee taste this would be the drink for you. The iced coffee was watered down with the amount of ice so drink it fast if you want that robust flavor otherwise take your time.

Four months ago I gave them a review with 1 star, and I wish I could give them 0 this time if I have a choice. I went back to this location to give them another chance, I was hoping that their customer service got better, but NO i was completely WRONG. I had a mobile today on Thanksgiving Day. The white woman around 30-35s years old gave me a horrible attitude. She did not say hi or anything, just gave me my orders and walked away. She did not tell me that I still have my donuts is on the way. I checked and I realized that I was missing my donuts, the girl with the Hijab was apologized to me and giggling at the same time like they were making fun of me. They shouldn’t be working as a customer service with that unprofessional attitude.

Worst Dunkin donuts! I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes. I got the wrong drink order and it was melted and messy. The employees in the store were touching their hair, wiping their noses, and sneezing all over. No one had proper customer service skills either.
