Terrrrrrible customer service. Cashier was talking to me like I owe her money or something. They gave me grilled cheese first with frozen bread. I took a bite and figured that it was frozen. I took it back, they warmed up the same one and plus managed to burn it this time. Same yourself a bad morning start and go some place else.

The times I have stopped by to get 1 box of Joe and 2dozen donuts I have waited close to 20 minutes. In so dissatisfied but its the closest one to my house. I will have to pre order from now on. There is only one lady working there every morning. I asked if she ever get help and she said its just her working every morning.

Not sure how good this place is. I didn’t realize it wasn’t a standalone dunkin, so I went to a standalone dunkin instead.

Give them three stars only because they are not so accommodating. I wanted to pay for toasted almond coffee syrup and they wouldn’t even let me. Then I talk to a manager and she poured me a little bit in the cup and charged me $3. When I should have gotten three shots of it they only gave me one shot for the price of 3 shots.

I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with Dunkin/Gas-Station mixes in the past, but not this one. I’m here almost daily and they never disappoint. Keep it up!

This location use to have excellent customer service, but they have seriously gone down hill over the past two years. With new management and new incompetent employees it’s no surprise. The Ethiopian lady that’s working right now had the audacity to tell me I couldn’t grab my drink because it wasn’t mine even though I showed her the receipt on my app. She then refused to give me the pastries I ordered because she claimed the receipt hadn’t printed. I again showed her the receipt for the order on my phone and she kept saying no no no it didn’t print. I told her I was already charged and that I was providing the receipt. She said no and started taking the dirt off from under her nails. On top of that, she grabbed a pastry with her bare hand. Disgusting. The manager should really take the time to re-train the employees and teach them how to provide good customer service.

Usually end up having something wrong with my order. At first it was understandable, now it’s constant and outweighs the pro of convenience.

I have been coming hear since I was a kid and have always appreciated the workers customer service. Despite the parking and space, the food is always great. This morning especially, one of the workers showed kindness and grace.
