Phat Girl Eats World
This Dunkin’ is both nice and clean. The food is good as well as the service. However, my biggest pet peeve here is corporate waste and environmental impact. There is a large dumpster behind the store. Instead of donating their old donuts to the homeless shelter like the other baked goods places in Wichita, they put them in this dumpster. There are volunteers who can come pick them up. This is a huge waste of perfectly consumable food for people who otherwise may not eat. It is also causing a mounting pest problem with the birds and rats that I have seen scavenging this dumpster for said donuts. It is not good for the animals to eat that. Why not get someone to talk to corporate? I just see this as a HUGE disappointment from the chain. It is likely going to result in me messaging corporate. This is the only reason I gave them 3 stars instead of 5. If they fix this problem, I will fix my review. (E-mail was sent to corporate.)

Went to this location for the first time yesterday. Didn’t add cold foam that was ordered. Dumped out most of the ice and put the cold foam on with new lid. Went today. Usual mobile order went in at 6:56am for drive through. Didn’t get to the window until 7:17. Coffee is right, food isn’t. Maybe 6-8 vehicles in front of me.

Although they corrected our drink order, the hash brown was burnt and dry and the donuts were stale. If you want quality food, this isn’t the place.

I love the specialty coffees here!! An added bonus for me is the gluten free snacks!! The bacon and hashbrowns are gluten free. They no longer sell the gluten free brownies. They were so good!! Anyway this is my guilty pleasure!!

Very friendly staff and the food tasted great except that my croissant sandwich had a piece of paper on the cheese inside so obviously the cook is too busy with something more important than making my sandwich and didn’t remove the paper separated cheese light twice the interesting situation when you find yourself chewing on a piece of paper. Focus on your job boy

Addison was very very rude and slow. She messed up my order and kept rolling her eyes and acting very hateful. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but I was very disappointed in the service. This is the first review I have ever felt necessary to write. Incredibly disrespectful.

Every time I go through the drive-thru and order Munchkins I request NO BLUEBERRY and no matter what…THERE IS ALWAYS BLUEBERRY ONES INCLUDED IN MY ORDER and of course I don’t find out until I get to work. How difficult is it to skip the blueberry ones when you are boxing up my order?!

Change back to the old cold coffee lids!! I cannot even drink my cold brew coffee with the lid on because it all pours out of where it should seal.

Sat at drive thru window for over 5 minutes. Our order was complete because girl tried to give it to car in front of us. The girl walked by window several times and had a sour look and a I don’t care attitude. We finally drove off without our order. Car behind us drove off before we did. If I could give a 0 I would.

When the store first opened it was great but recently with all the constant trainees 9 times out of 10 the orders have been wrong even though we order the same thing almost every time. The one in derby is by far a better shop.
