I go to this Dunkin semi-regularly because its on the way to class. They are fast with mobile orders but its 50/50 if you are able to get what you ordered on the mobile app. Frequently they are out of the food item, with no way to refund it. Also there is no consistency on the drinks. I always order the same thing (iced latte with no sugar, caramel, and oatmilk) but every few orders it is so sweet that it is undrinkable and tastes like chugging sweet and low. They don’t follow the requested adjustments and when you are already overpaying for coffee, its extremely frustrating. Especially when it results in having to throw out almost a $6 drink. Honestly, save your money or go to the Starbucks across the street. I give up. I gave this place so many chances but I can’t keep throwing money down the drain.

I ordered 4 things through the app and when I got there 10 minutes later, only 2 items were on the pick-up stand. I told the staff member that 2 items were missing and he seemed to get annoyed with me.
After telling him explicitly what was missing, I got back home and noticed that 2/4 items I ordered were still wrong. The label on my coffee says milk, but there was no milk added. I can honestly tolerate a mistake, but I can’t tolerate bad service. He didn’t even apologize for missing out 2 things in the first place. I don’t think I’ll order from here again.

Had an egg and cheese bagel 2 days in a row. Both times the order was taken by a friendly knowledgeable server and the food was prepared properly and quickly. I would recommend this Dunkin!

So far so good! Seems like a lot of fun to work there due to the friendliness of Staff. The DD perks certainly are enticing as well, and the coffee is good too!

This dunkin donuts has done my co-workers and I wrong countless times. For instance, today I asked for a very simple order – 1 shot of espresso. They questioned if I wanted it hot/cold. Obviously, espresso comes hot. He proceeded to ask what size I wanted. Last time I checked and per the menu in the coffee shop, espresso only comes in 1 size (a shot). Smh.

The person working at 3pm 9/24 (Amanias T.) was exceptionally kind, went out of his way to get our order right, and knew how to juggle multiple customers and orders while maintaining covid safety behind the counter and among customers. They also made the food and drink perfectly.

The young lady who was on the schedule this morning Friday June 14, 2019 was very rude and disrespectful. I did online ordering and when I came into the store my order was ready the receipt was just sitting there with my name on it. I had to get in line and ask them why my order wasn’t ready the young lady took literally 5 minutes to make my drink and when she gave it to me she didn’t apologize or anything but wait there’s more I had one more item in my order and she had an attitude when she got that. I hope this reaches the manager please discipline your nasty employee thank you!

I ordered Iced coffee CARAMEL today. And the Small black guy gave me the normal iced coffee I repeated my order twice and He still gave me Ice coffee without caramel!
