Delicious Delicious

Stopped in on Sunday afternoon
– Somewhat over price?
– Quick service
– Be prepared to spend $$$ if you want a dozen.

The beignets are trash. Just take them off the menu.

We got 4 donuts and 2 apple juices and that was nearly $20

All that being said… I’ll still go back

Visiting in town for Great Wolf Lodge and Disneyland and we found this gem on the way to Huntington Beach! Fantastic selection of some pretty tasty donuts! Super fresh and fantastic texture! Old fashions, blueberry, and my favorite was the maple bacon long john! Will definitely go here one more time before we leave!

I’ve been coming here for years and the donuts have always been incredible. There hasn’t been one bad experience I’ve had coming here for the last 15 years. I’ve tried almost all of their donuts and they are amazing. The donuts in my opinion have great taste, not super sweet like others I’ve tried, and have great texture. I’ve recently tried their vegan donuts as well and I was really impressed, and this is coming from a non-vegan person. This is still my go to donut spot and I’m going to continue to go there as whenever I get the chance to. If you haven’t already, you must go here at least once to try their amazing selection of donuts.

I’ll be honest: we’re a Sidecar household. But we decided to try something different. Overall, mixed feelings about this place. Staff is SUPER friendly and helpful because the donut selection is overwhelming. But they are patient and we didn’t feel rushed while picking out our 12. I would probably have given 3 stars here if it weren’t for the staff, they earned the extra star. I also tried an iced pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and I thought it was delicious. I usually don’t get PSLs because I hate artificial flavorings, but I took a chance and was so glad I did. None of that fake, bitter aftertaste of a syrup, and not overly sweet. I like my coffee strong, though, so I would add more shots next time.
Overall, the donuts for me were not as good as Sidecar, but I did enjoy a few of them, like the blueberry filled donuts. Their malasada-type donut with the sugar on the outside was very tasty, but I ended up removing the filling because I didn’t like it. But I consistently thought that the actual dough of the raised donuts was pretty delicious. So pros and all around, there were some enjoyable and not so great aspects. But as Sidecar people, the price of these was great. We got a whole dozen for the same price that we usually spend on like 5 donuts at Sidecar lol. I think I’ll be back, but I’ll be sticking to a select few favorites.

Donuts are always fresh. They have a huge menu. It’s not just donuts and coffee. They have a selection of croissants, sandwiches, malasadas, bagels, etc… I love the malasadas I get the Nutella filled and the old fashioned donut. They have amazing latte. I get the mocha with oat I’ll. To die for. I no longer live in Huntington Beach but when I am here for work I make sure to come this place all the time. They are also open 24 hours. Yes people you heard me. They are open all the time.

I used to always see a line at The Donuttery when passing by late at night so I kept it bookmarked in my Yelp list of places to try. It wasn’t until I moved out to HB that my bf and I actually ended up stopping by to see what all the hype was about. It’s nice that they have vegan and gluten free options for those with dietary restrictions, makes a nice treat for all to enjoy!

I’ve tried their carrot cake donut and the masaladas before. By far I’d say I’d keep coming back here for the malasadas alone. They’re soooo good and fresh every time! The dough is very soft and delicious, that mixed with the various fillings is a mouthful of Heaven! I personally like the Nutella filled.

Service is always quick also! There’s never been a line when I’ve personally gone but I know it can be busy so maybe I was just lucky to go at non-peak times. I’ll definitely come back and try more of their flavors!

Donuts came late, delivered to the wrong address, had to go to said address to get them, once finally back home the family and I tasted them and they were DRY. Only 2 out 12 donuts were okay. The rest we had to throw out cause no one wanted them. Spent a lot here. Never ordering again.

Called to see if they had whipped cream filled donuts before going. The gentleman that answered told me, “yes, we have chocolate and regular glazed whipped cream filled!” Super, I told him I would be there in a few minutes. My daughter and I were there in 20 min. They had a large variety of donuts available, we planned to get a dozen to take home to the family. We put 2 in the box, then I asked for the whipped cream filled. The gentleman informed me that they were out of them for the night! What?!? I literally just called the place about that specific type of donut… I was totally caught off guard and dumbfounded. I got 4 other donuts for the family and that was it – 6 donuts in total for $16. Super disappointed. I understand they can run out of an item but I just verbally confirmed they had 2 different kinds of what I was looking for – there was no mention they were running low on availability. The price was high for what we received. Dounuttery had a large variety and neat vibe – but Overall, just not impressed! We like to support small local businesses but the family agreed that the extra drive to Krispy Kreme would have been worth it!

Yes! But too many options!
You could eat a different donut every day for a year. So many great options, loved most of the donuts we got. The cake donuts were a little dry if they didn’t have icing on them. The apple fritter was too thin and crunchy for my liking, I prefer thick, crunchy on the outside, soft in the middle. My favorites we’re the apple bear claws with and without almonds. I would definitely recommend you go here.

Pretty good. Donuts are fire, their lattes are fresh made to order with specialty flavorings! Tried gluten free donuts and regular. This is a 5 star joint for gluten free donuts. 4 star joint for regular donuts, but I should have tried more!
