I grabbed coffee and food here and it was great. The staff were very polite and friendly, and the service was quick and efficient. The restaurant was clean, though somewhat small. There is parking in the street and in a small lot up front, and had a couple of tables inside and outdoor seating.

I’ve tried multiple times, but every time I visit this location, I am disappointed. Once, I ordered hot chai tea and got black coffee instead. This most recent time, I ordered an iced chai and the entirety of the cup was ice.

The people and workers are really nice here and the drinks are good. However, the management here is so incompetent that they don’t maintain inventory nor do they restock it when out. They’ve been out of decaf espresso for like almost a month now. Yikes. Dude. You’re a coffee shop. I mean…yikes.

Regularly order Uber eats from here and they cannot get my SIMPLE order correct. Ask for plain bagel and half the time it comes with cream cheese on it. Ordered butter on the side and it was on the bagel. Just follow instructions!!

Would be nice if they had donuts past mid-morning. They seem to be having inventory issues the past several months. And once again today…1pm and not 1 donut in the shop. I gave up months ago on flavored hot chocolates or coolattas.

I guess only stupid people are employed here. I ordered a coffee and when asked if I wanted cream and sugar I replied “No”. There was cream and sugar in the coffee. I went back and told a different employee at the counter that I had asked for the coffee without cream and sugar. She prepared another one with cream and sugar.
