Super convenient location being attached to the crystal city metro- but seem to always be understaffed- especially in the mornings! In order to catch my train I need to expect at least a 10 min wait after I order…which to me defeats the purpose. Maybe now that summer is coming around it’ll hire more people.

Quick service for dreary commuters at the location. We don’t have these in the part of Texas I am in, so I appreciated the suggestions by the staff. My coffee was so good and was ready within moments as busy commuters started their day.

This store sucks the staff is extremely rude it’s located in a weird place and my food wasn’t cooked right the bacon was burnt and so was the croissant and the people upfront making the coffee seem really incompetent and slow the manager is this Spanish women with no manners whatsoever never coming here again

The worst service ever! Does not even deserve one star. I go down and never no issues but ever time my husband goes down the “Manager” disrespects my husband and she’s done it for the last time. This morning he goes down and so she can hear his order he briefly pulls down his mask, the manager makes a statement to him that the mask is required. Which we clearly understand but a white woman orders after my husband with NO mask at all and she does not request the same thing from her. I call to speak with Manager about the issue and then she all of the a sudden she wants to “explain” herself and hangs up phone on me.

This place doesn’t deserve ONE STAR ! I wish there was an option for NO STARS ! This lady VALERIA is extremely rude and disrespectful , the service I get from her every-time I come here is terrible . I have never done anything to this lady ever . She comes to work so mad wearing all the emotions on her back , I’ve never experienced someone that wakes up early in the morning mad , this is ridiculous . Since the first day I met her she’s been extremely rude to me ! But today put the icing on the cake for me . I ordered a breakfast sandwich and she burnt my bacon , I told her that I did not want burnt bacon , the bacon was black and crispy , she stated that the bacon is not burnt it’s well done I said I did not want it well done I never asked for well done she stated that I must want uncooked bacon and I just want to get sick , she’s yelling at the top of her lungs in front of customers at me , I told her that I want mee bacon can she make me new bacon , she goes on to say every-time I come in there I am an issue she don’t understand why I come in there everyday , I don’t need to come back . I have never ordered a breakfast sandwich before all I ever get is donuts so I’m not sure how I am an issue . I ordered two donuts and she packs them and then I leave . She has always been rude and disrespectful but I never entertained her ever . I understand that life is hard and people go through things so I figured she was having a rough day . But I come here almost everyday of the week and this attitude is an ongoing thing for her . I wish I could explain everything this lady has said and done to me today . I did not deserve any of this treatment . If I’m paying my money I deserve to have my food how I want it ! I asked her for her name and she told me to
Look and read the receipt it’s on the receipt , the name on the receipt is VALERIA . I will never spend a dollar at another Dunkin’ Donuts ever . It’s very important at that you know the type of people you have representing your brand !

Convenient location, but the coffee is so bad! It’s like having hot water with a hint of coffee. I refilled my mug and I could the bottom of my mug through the coffee! Even tea is darker than that. They use the same coffee bag over and over again. I am very disappointed, don’t recommend the coffee.

The staff are friendly and very efficient. I want to support them while business is slow but the past two times I have been the doughnuts have been old. Rather not serve donuts than give paying customers old donuts. This is a management issue, not the staff- they could not be better.

About 50% of the time they lose my order. Shouldn’t have to wait 20+ minutes for a sandwich. They have also been out of egg and cheese on several occasions. This is the saddest dunkin ever.

Even worse today. I order from the mobile app, considering how busy they get. Submitted my order about 5 minutes before showing up to pick up. My coffee is waiting for me but my sandwich is not. I wait patiently for about 10 minutes, assuming they are just backed up on orders. I watch the lady assemble the last tray of orders and see mine is not their. At this point, I assume that my order is lost. I ask her if she still has my order and she yells at me that she is busy and motions at the counter to show how busy she is. She yells at another girl to come over to deal with me. She asks me what I orderes and she pulls a crumpled bag out from behind the counter with a cold sandwich in it. They had made my order, lost track of who it went to, and stashed it and then yelled at me for asking about it. So done with this place.

Orders are forgotten in person and through that ritual app. The employees have gotten better, but the management seems lacking as she seems to be just as scatter brained as a new employee. It’s so close to my apartment, so I want the experience to be better so I can go there more often.
