I was really excited for a donut place close to home. Tried twice. Both times in the morning and the donuts tasted old. Didn’t even get the donuts I thought I was. Asked for chocolate covered cream filled and got plain with chocolate creme inside. Paid $9 for 2 donuts and plain coffee. I know everything has gone up in price but for that I rather get hot fresh donuts from Krispy Creme. Not the end of the world but still disappointed. Money’s tight and wanted to treat myself.

What is the point of putting one of the most visited coffee places on one of the highest traveled roads in North Charleston if you are going to have less than pleasant employees. Customers like myself don’t ask for much. A nice greeting, and a pleasant exchange of money and food. Simple you would think right? Wrong!! I will say, I did receive a nice greeting at the speaker but it was all downhill from there. What I encountered at the window was nothing short of angry, rude, and disrespectful employees. No one forced you out of bed and into work this morning. What employees fail to remember is that they are the face of the company, the company that they choose to work for. The company that I will not be revisiting. Yeah I am just one person and my business most likely will not be missed. But from the looks of these reviews I am not the only one. Just remember that first time customers never become long time customers as long as your employees act the way that they did when I was there!

Order on the app and it’s fast. Drive thru is always long. Walk in is best. However, they only make mobile orders in between regular customers. So if your order is not ready and there is a line inside- you may as well stand in line to order. The older staff and managers are great. The young crew they hire have no customer service skills what so ever. I will keep going cause I like the coffee!

This is 3rd time in 2weeks i order food and always something messed up.
Once they didnt give full order and when i came back they start give attitude for their own fault and today i ordered black tea and repeated 3time still got black coffe!! Unbelievable!!

First and last time I will experience this location. Had to correct my order while at the window. I’ve been doing the maple brown sugar on a bagel for a while now. And my ‘no ice beverage’ since ’09.
They had my sandwich in a croissant. And a iced beverage. Plus my snackin bacon was cold.
Now, she admit she messed up on the bagel, but insisting I didn’t request no ice and cold bacon, that’s where my “never again” came in.

Update: Sept 6 at 5:40pm everything excellent, great service, dining room awesome, great crew!! Previous review from last Saturday: dining room was locked at 6pm. No answer at speaker. Young lady at window saw us and walked away until young male employee also saw us and pointed us out. Asked for a Boston cream donut and she said there were only 2 kinds of donuts, powdered or cinnamon. Got powdered, donut itself was great. The girl came out and vaped. Then went back in. Sound of loud chanting and yelling inside. The young man seems nice, we’ve seen him before and he seems to be working.

Waited 17 minutes for my food, they forgot to make my order. I counted 4 other employees yet only one of them was actively working behind the counter, he deserves a raise. He was literally running back and forth trying to keep up with the drive thru and the dining area.He kept a level head and a polite attitude when the customers got upset. His name was Jeremy, give him a raise!

Always a ridiculously long line. Food should not taste different every single time you get it. Woman literally grabbed my bag, put it down, and handed me someone else’s. Of course, after being in line 20 minutes, I had to rush to work and didn’t realize it was wrong until it was too late. Tried to call the number on the receipt, no answer. Tried to find the possibly correct number on google and they don’t even have one. Great.

Visited on 06/19 at 2:30pm. As soon as I got to the speaker the employee greeted me. They was out of the jelly donut I’m sure due to the time but accommodated me with something similar. Shaquanna smiled and greeted me at the window. She was very friendly and professional. The service was quick and the Munchkins was good. I will definitely be returning!
