Came here to get some donuts for my sons birthday. No line, quick & friendly service! We ordered one hot & one iced coffee, 2 other breakfast items and donuts. Everything was great! A line formed while we were eating and the staff moved quickly through the line efficiently.

I have ordered from this store 5 times and they have gotten it wrong 4 out of those 5.
Everyone is demanding higher pay for fast food workers(!) but they still can’t manage to get 3 items into the same bag.
How about you EARN more pay?
Better yet – lock the doors until you’re willing to do your job.

This place is ridiculous. They don’t care how busy they are, they’re going to take their time. Drive thru was out onto the highway.

They would only take one order at a time at the speaker and wouldn’t begin the next until that order ahead of them left. You couldn’t go inside to order.

Sat in this line for over an hour. By the time I was ready to go I couldn’t because I was stuck by the curb.

Insane!

If you come to this location, be prepared for the worst. Half the time, the car line is in the road. Yesterday we ordered our caramel coffee and they were out of caramel. Today, I order a bacon egg & cheese croissant, a dozen donuts and 3 caramel coffees. I’m told they have no cheese for my croissant. Then I see the employee grabbing a 1/2 dozen donuts and I ask if she rang me up for a dozen and she confirmed she did. It’s just that they ran out of 12pc boxes. When my coffees arrive, the employee asked me to install the lid because she couldn’t and then to my surprise, they’re out of straws. A quick trip to a local supermarket would solve a few of these issues while your supply order comes in.

Don’t come here unless you want to wait in line for upwards of 30 minutes. As someone who works at Starbucks, I fully understand rushes and how busy things can get. But there is no sense of urgency at all from the staff here and it just really seems like they don’t have it together. Whether it’s staffing issues or what, unless you’re prepared to sit in the drive thru for nearly an hour I would skip this location.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! AVOID this place every time, no matter what. I’ve ordered through the mobile app 4 times now for take-out and every time they have missed multiple items in my order. Each of these times when I ask the staff for the missing items I paid for, they treat me like I’m annoying them and making them do work.. The work they should have already done. Today, I placed the mobile order at 7:35am, went to pick it up ~8:05am, giving them plenty of time. I did this on purpose in hopes my order would be ready when I arrive. When I arrived, there was nothing in the mobile pick up station, so naturally I had to wait for someone to acknowledge me because they weren’t paying attention to any of the customers.. After a few minutes they finally ask me if I needed anything. I said I have a mobile pick up order, the guy looked around and handed me a bag and walked away immediately. Of course, I check the bag and it had only 2 of the 6 items I ordered.. Again, I have to wait for someone’s attention. I inform what seems to be the manager I’m missing items. She had the ticket for my order sitting right in front of her.. 2 of the 4 items they missed were donuts and a coffee. How does Dunkin’ Donuts miss donuts and coffee..? That’s what they do. Anyways, she brought me the donuts, no coffee. Had to ask for it. The other two items were bakery items so the manager lady informed the same guy who handed me the original bag to make the bakery items. I waited for probably another 5 minutes while this guy continued to make other people’s food instead of mine.. Again, had to wait to get someone’s attention. So I informed the lady manager of my missing bakery items and she yelled to the staff “Make this guy’s food so we can get him outta here!” .. loud enough for the entire place to hear, as if they were annoyed with me for asking for the $20+ worth of items I had already paid for. Don’t go here and support this place, ever. Hopefully upper management sees this.

Obnoxiously loud alert goes off every time the door is opened. Staff didn’t seem thrilled to be there. This location was out of most of our first choice items, so we chose a cold brew with sweet foam. It was so sweet, we didn’t drink until the ice melted to help tone it down a bit.

We went to this location while at the beach just hoping to get some blueberry munchkins to have for breakfast the next morning. It was a solid 3 hours before the store closed…….and were told they had NO donuts. How is that a thing?? I get if it’s right before closing and you’re out of a few things….but how are you out of every donut at 2pm on a Saturday?? Seems like you’d make sure to have plenty of inventory for a weekend given the location….

Went through drive thru. They didn’t have the frozen coffees at the time but I got a lrg French vanilla ice coffee instead and I’m glad I did. It was the best iced coffee from dunkin I had!
